The problem might be other peoples fear of death not jiving with her own interest, rather than her interest being bad per se. It is often said that a pathology 'lies in the relation, not in the person'.
Of course this does not mean that destructive behavior should be accepted, but this is a different thing than a topical interest.
With Moon in Cancer, Sun conjunct Uranus in Pisces and Mercury conjunct Neptune in Aquarius it sounds like the child could be tapped into extra-dimensional energies. These are not unreal, just not accessible to the normally 'grounded' consciousness.
That could pose some real issues, both in terms of her self-understanding as well as parental/social understanding of her - the risk is that help that is called for is contra-productive.
I would take her to therapy if things don't improve. But I would be extremely careful about who is chosen for that task, as most of the psychological establishment have a very poor understanding of issues stemming from her astrological configurations - especially psychiatrists.
A better (?) alternative if the parents are open to it (how is their synastry with the child?) would be for them to speak to a psychic or astrologer with VERY good understanding of how to deal with children with this configuration. That will probably require some careful research in order to find such a person. You might want to contact people with significant experience such as Demetra George etc and ask them how to proceed. Don't be afraid to try making contacts like this.
I would recommend to the parents that they see it as a learning journey for themselves as well, and I would emphasize that their child is likely extremely gifted, but that it might be challenging at times to help the child channel this giftedness in a healthy manner.
Note: I am no expert by any means on this topic.
thank you so much ! She is a very intelligent child and I also believe that she is gifted. I will talk to her parents and share your insights...
