As opposed to 29-30 degrees, due to the following sign occupying the majority of the 1st House, as a "Co-Ascendant" I hear?For instance, a guy with 29' Scorpio Rising, plus Jupiter, Uranus & Neptune in the 1st House. ------------------

2nd House Leo Sun
3rd House Leo Mercury
6th House Sagittarius Moon & Pluto
1st House Cancer Venus & Mars
