So I recently started seeing a new counsellor and she has been teaching me about emotional needs (which has blown my mind) and instantly I thought about emotional needs in astrology.
I know that the moon would be an obvious factor in emotional needs, but are there any other factors you would look into?

Going by 'Maslows Hierarchy of Needs' it looks like the 5th need (top of the pyramid) is self actualisation - which could pertain to the north/south rahu/ketu axis if you relate it to astrology.

What are your thoughts?

I have moon in aquarius conjunct neptune at a 0 degree orb by the way hahaha :P

I agree with the North Node being the point of self actualization. I have North Node in Pisces in the 6th house and that means I have to take care of my health both spiritually and physically. Even transcend myself health wise which is what I have done so far in my life. It has brought me total happiness because I discovered taking care of your temple is an honor to God. Having a clean body means you can allow for higher love and healing to come in.

In addition to the Nodal axis I kind of associate the Sun/Moon midpoint with self-fulfillment.
