What kind of things can I expect with this? Its in sag and my fifth house. My love interest is moving next year and Im hoping he will ask me to come with him, could this aspect make that happen?

Is there anyway you can do his and your chart together in midpoint or Davidson? Maybe post them? But you might want to do that in the'interpersonal' forum.
I'm not seasoned but iir from past reading on this topic, it is fated but not everything re the vertex is bad. It depends on the charts and transits.
