Song and Video Written, Performed, and Edited by ME, theastrofiend

I'm laying here
it's late night
and i'm by myself
looking up to the moonlight (the moonlight)

it's so bright (so bright)
and faraway (faraway)
but I feel it's warmth
and I feel grateful to
be alive

the world is crazy
but i got my health
and my family is alright

Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections
Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections

Luminating my mind
Luminating my heart
Luminating my soul
Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections
Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections

All I got is Time
Which makes me think
Which makes me feel
and reflect on life
The Memories, my Experiences,
Pain and happiness

All I got is Time
Which makes me think
Which makes me feel
and reflect on life
All I Got is Time

Reflect on my Life.
Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections
Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections

Luminating my mind (2x)
Luminating my heart
Luminating my soul
Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections
Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections

Moon Moonlight Moonlight Reflections
All I got is Time
Refleccccc tions Refleccccc tions
Luminating my mind

Hi there, Astrofiend!
Your words are beautiful.

Video..
The pictures are pretty, but, there are 'pitch' problems .. too much mashing of layers of voice in a way that distracts from what I'm listening to.

I like your own voice speaking at the end..

I think I understand you're trying to do a 'reflecting' kind of 'ripple'-thing with all the layered-delayed tracks of melodies... but … doesn't quite accomplish what I 'think' you're 'actually' trying to do.

Music is horizontal .. melodies
and vertical .. chords

The ear is drawn towards one or the other..
but I found that these collide too much.

I'm a fan of 'cluster chords' {like Eric Whitacre's compositions}.. uses minor-2nds, but there's a resolution he drives towards, OR, that is found within voices.

I listened to a workshop last week where he talked about the creative process.

It might not be in your genre, but I leave it here for you.

The SONG he was rehearsing is this one.
You can 'hear' all the clashes..

MUSIC----------
Make Music Day:
"A Boy and a Girl" Virtual Choir Rehearsal,
and a conversation with Alex Lacamoire
(Eric Whitacre' Virtual Choir; Sunday, June 21, 2020)
[2:28:30] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvdyKev0G7Y

In the description, he gives the schedule of this rehearsal. Stay with listening to the opening about his past. -- the big middle section is the virtual choir rehearsal, learning each part, putting it all together --

At the last hour, he interviews someone who was a collaborator for broadway musical "Hamilton".

Alex Lacamoire ,,, is SUCH a Gemini!!!! {early Gem}. Such a genius in 'how' his mind words, and how versatile he is!!! Wow.

Talks about his experiences breaking into the collaborative field.

Then towards end of Alex's talk, he took the audience through the painstaking note-by-note, chord-by-chord, working on a piece of music he was given by another composer for him to elaborate on.

THIS is the piece of music the Virtual Choir was rehearsing.

I know it's a genre-stretch for you,
but you're a Creative.
Might find something 'of use'.

(music) “A Boy and a Girl” (Voces8, composer Eric Whitacre) [4:50] http://youtu.be/GLoncQ9Euik

Well..

At least listen to Alex Lacamoire.
He speaks about the process.
You might prosper from his talk
