I have 12th house ruler conjunct sun (chart ruler) and I have actually been to the hospital a lot in the last year lol and a few times in my life. Most of the time it ends up being nothing but I have had some real weird illnesses or things happen to me to make me more nervous and cautious than anything. I have Virgo mercury and 6th house stellium so bit of a hypochondriac.
