The progressed moon effect is felt usually when it is about to leave a house. That's when you have made up your mind about what you want in a relationship. So it's highly likely that you still haven't met the one.

Same and they conjuncted my natal Neptune, North Node and Juno.

Also nothing happened for me when my progressed Moon was in my 7th H and 8th H.

I highly suspect (I'm pretty sure at this point actually) that my 7th H is "disfunctional" I have Uranus and Neptune conjuncting my Cap DSC and North Node in 7th H. I believe it's one of the worst planetary mix for the DSC.
No matter what transits, progressions, solar return are doing in my 7th H nothing really happens relationship/love wise.

I have the same positions in natal chart except for the uranus and neptune conjuncting the north node. Right now, jupiter, saturn and pluto is going back and forward in my 7th house conjuncting north node, juno, descendant and actually is a difficult period. I have done lots of things, but regarding my 7th house it is nothing, just some stupid things happening.

I feel the same about my 5th house. Whenever happens to have transits, or someones planets falling in my 5th house everything is good.

I read something about being a bad placement for uranus and neptune to be in the 7th house.
I have them in the 6th house, still they are conjunct my descendant.
I dont know what placements would be good for 7th house.
Anywhere it is seems like a bad placement.
Maybe venus?

I think the 7th house is not about love relationship, it is more about partnership and contracts.
The 5th house and 8th house i think it is about love and intimacy.
