Mental / nervous tension. One foot on brake, one on gas. There will be alternating impulses to some degree, most likely with the Saturn influence growing over time. There is strong motivation to learn and speak out with Mercury-Mars, but especially with Saturn being in tighter conjunction to Mercury there is inhibition; the person is directed more to learning and to the consequences of speaking/acting. ------------------ Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert birth chart rectification IP: Logged |

so in addition to the mars-saturn conjunction he also has his mercury in trine to venus.this is a good combination as venus balance a little bit the aggresiveness of MARS: mars in aries is fast and to the point. with the mars conjunction it reinforce the speed element. saturn rather than interfering is adding mental disciplin, which you need for research, focus and thorough work. without saturn aspecting mercury, many brilliant minds lose their talent for lack of mental disciplin. its hard to do thorough mental work without saturn specially for an aries mercury. Having my Leo Mercury In The 3rd House, I would probably be screwed if it didn’t trine my 11th House Saturn, by a 5 degree orb. To be honest though, at first I thought my discipline for research, focus, and thorough work, came from my Sagittarius Pluto 1.7 degrees away from my 6th House. IP: Logged |

pluto add depth and intensity, but discipline comes from saturn. With pluto aspecting mercury, the native tend to passionate about certain subject matters to the point of obsession. that is a good quality for research, but not enough. IP: Logged |
