As much as I just want to finish up the year where I am...I am feeling more of an urgency to move faster, and not to take too much time with that. Not because of my job dynamics but because of my apartment dynamics.

I can't stand living above a dysfunctional family dynamic anymore. I have had empathy for their situation for years. But now it's time to have empathy for myself. The grand kids in these one bedroom apartment complexes are savage during quiet hours. Screaming, knocking, banging.
I work hard, I need my sleep to function well and not get run down.

How is the aftermath going to be once they receive my complaint? I never wanted to, but they should know better. I know they are aware of quiet hours.

If I have to get my act together, then so should they?

Going to talk to my fiance more today, who isn't ready to buy a house. And really evaluate if that is fair to me when I work so hard. His goal setting strategies drive me nuts. He constantly changes his mind on what to prioritize. Even if I move father away I hope I can realistically finish the year and not "abandon" my students.

Btw Liltih is transiting Aries. Lilith rage quit living in the Garden of Eden. XD

Aries is a pioneer
So, very good at starting projects ,
maybe not as good at seeing them through.
For whatever reason .

I can see how they might quit if their patience is tested, there’s always another project that could use their dynamism

How old are you ? Maybe you’ll find that in time you will learn to hang on in there. I think the Aries energy could ultimately be translated into determination.

Adding this:
I think you are actually a victim of Office manipulation .
It’s normal to have thoughts of getting out .

However —
Try scheduling a meeting with the Manager.

(It was rude of him to breathe down your neck just like that and Openly accuse you)

I suggest a meeting — (much more professional)
during which you detail that you have certain Values (Work ethic, don’t steal or whatever it is he is accusing you of , shoot that Idea down)

It’s not ruled out that this Manager is trying
to get you fired on minimal information. Or make you leave by finding fault .

Like the one who had to come in with something BIG against you
(like stealing) knowing it would cause you discomfort.

Maybe they want to bring someone else in to replace you .. Whatever the reason it’s not real so deal with it like a bad dream (discussed, then laid to rest)

In any case, these are all Office tactics and I’ve seen them before . Don’t take it personally , once you’ve stood up for yourself - plainly, simply - not shoutily -
it will be okay .

Please don’t feel the pressure because it’s fake pressure after all .
You know who is creating this situation.

Stand up for your values and then just get on with your work like nothing ever happened

You can look around for another job any time, there is always a way out .

Try not to react so strongly to something that isn’t real to you . Just state the facts about your values and maybe suggest vidéosurveillance if they should have an ongoing problem . I don’t know what he’s saying to you so I can’t formulate the sentence to say to him . Please share that if you like here.
But I think you should arrange a meeting with him to deal with the issue once and for all . But simply and not in an emotional display .

There was a part of me that wanted to rage quit dog sitting yesterday.
It’s dumb that the family wants me to do it in the first place.
Future sister in law comes over with her dogs to play with future mother in law’s dog.
I was PMSing yesterday, but I’ve about had it fiancés sister’s unfriendly attitude. Like if I attempt to make conversation. She talks to me like a moron. Wow.

I try to figure out what her deal is with me. I haven’t done anything to deserve it. She acts hostile when I get attention. I trigger some sort of trauma with validation and jealousy.

She obviously has some sort of self esteem problem. Because even if I was “an idiot” I have not done anything to deserve hostile treatment. If someone was a harmless moron, and that was the only problem, people would at least attempt to tolerate. Especially when I am taking time out of my life to effing dog sit for her mom who acts all her kids and in law kids life revolves around hers.

I am just so done with how she talks to me, weather I end up being mature about it or not. Is everyone else in the family really that oblivious to it?

I am liking fiancés idea more and more of getting a house in the country.

After that even though the comment was so minor it’s been one effing unfriendly comment after another over time. I’m 30 now, so eff taking it, and giving a crap that she has a, not so secret problem with me.

I might just go distance my self and stop at my moms who is 10 minutes away. I’ve made enough of an effort.

After this: why would I ever say yes to dog sitting for them again? It’s already inconvenient enough as it is.

I am late at replying this. Thank you for the kind words viviette.

I finally took the courage to quit when I first wrote this post. Was catching up on the amount of stress and burnout i harbored over the years working there.

I have a passive personality but once I can't take it anymore, I make sudden drastic decision. Fight or Flight and i FLIGHT!

Mars in Aries is an impulsive energy. Strong, but not necessarily smart. Can quit a job in a rage, then regret it later.

Belage it did sort of went around my Venus Aries! I felt it was telling me I had enough. Funny thing another Aries Sun I knew is going through a divorce bc of his anger issues the time Mars was in Aries. Definitely fiery

I only rage quit once. I was only in that job for 2 months (shortest job of my life) and I left because my supervisor was ridiculously unreasonable. Among all the things she did, she also tried to blame for the mistakes a colleague (who’s her friend) did. I typed out a resignation letter, left it on her desk and left. Later I heard that she complained to a colleague that I didn’t even have the decency to hand her the letter personally. Why should I accord her that kinda courtesy when she behaved like s**t towards me??
