Is the pluto conjunct moon transit easier to cope with if you have a moon-pluto aspect natally?

This transit is coming up for me and after facing noting but extreme pain and loss for most of my life, I really don't know whether I can handle even more misery.

I experienced this transit when I was born.
Someone once told me that that I am lucky that Pluto was rx a degree behind my moon, and that makes this aspect a tad less intense.

I weighed 8 pounds. My mom was also sick so she had to take antibiotics, so I was born with a yeast infection. Pluto is in my 6th house.

There is also a video of my crying really loud as I get my first bath. "WAAAAH!! WAAAH, wwwwWAAAAAGH"

I guess I am lucky I went through this transit when nothing was really expected of me yet.

I'm not sure, but I am anxious about my Pluto square moon and pluto transit coming up in like 5 years from now.

It makes me say my Pluto square sun transit right now is probably a piece of cake, compared to it squaring my moon in the future.

Hmmm only time will tell, I am starting to up my feng shui game. I might go to a crystal shop today to get some protection stones.

supposedly if it's energy you're already used to then it's easier to deal with, also it depends on how you naturally handle the energy of that planet in your natal aside from that

i get how you're feeling my whole life has been a pretty ****** up **** show, but one thing i've noticed is when pushed past what i would think is my breaking point i always find a hidden reserve of strength and calmness to keep going

when i say "i can't handle worse" or "i can't deal with more" when **** gets piled on i'll have like a day where i feel like i might fall apart and then just pure calm and optimism like "ok that's done now what?" and feeling like things can pick up from there since hitting the bottom means **** can go up

just because you feel like you might break if more comes your way doesnt mean you will, just means you're feeling like **** currently which happens but life goes on

@Stawr

i recently had pluto square my ascendant/venus/moon/descendant and conjunct my ic, and i think currently it's square my nodes

tbh some really ****** up things have happened, but i wouldn't say they were necessarily bad or impossible to handle

edit: wouldn't say they were bad in a spiritual sense, definitely actually bad though

Depends on what the aspect is. If you have Moon square or opposite Pluto and then Pluto transits conjunct natal Moon, don't expect any kind of 'easier'.

Pluto conjunct natal Moon is not 'misery' per se. It marks a time of inner regeneration that can be trying, but is most painful if you are putting up resistance to the process of letting go of what no longer serves you.

This brings up the most important principle, without which no one should even bother looking at their transits:

Understand transits (or any astrological factor) for their qualitative meaning rather than by what has happened to others with the same factor or by some presumptive category of good or bad.

I went through Pluto conjunct natal Moon a few years back. Some of the developments in my life during that time include:

1) My partner and I moved into an apartment of our own (we'd been staying in rented room prior).

2) Marriage.

3) Getting involved in a new community.

4) Getting deeper into business from home.

Those are the positives. I could name one or two negatives.

I really recommend you believe in yourself. You are more capable than you give yourself credit for -- And it sounds like in your chart this transit will mark a period of letting go of the past and its pain. You can accomplish that IF you allow and it don't spend the next several years in negative anticipation.

Darn...I have moon square pluto natally. Pluto aspects many of my planets (moon, venus, mars, and neptune). I appreciate the kind words. I don't care about my childhood trauma, but new painful things keep happening during my present life. It kind of feels like I'm in a boxing ring and my opponent keeps punching me even when I surrender. I haven't had any relief from this except during my Saturn Return, which was heavenly.

It can be a time of gaining inner resolve and getting more in touch with your passion. Just beware of control issues if your Moon is in Capricorn. They will likely come up. And beware of becoming so impassioned that you become pushy.

Many people withdraw from their usual patterns of social interaction or family associations during this time, and that can be a good thing to do. It allows you to reset the pattern in a way that is more deeply in touch with your own needs and how you want to keep your home/emotional environment.

Hmm...I do have moon in capricorn. I also have pluto in scorpio conjunct the midheaven, so I'm naturally a power-hungry tyrant/control freak. I even boss around my superiors at work, but I do so in a "nice" way if that makes sense Perhaps I will simply have to learn to let go of some of the control.
