Hi,

Anyone else feeling sluggish or that it's hard to stick to health goals?

I definitely started to feel a change late Aug/Beg of Sept.

Let's vent and get through this!

It's working quite well for me. I am getting active, exercising again after a period of recovery from kidney stones and fatigue. Lately Mars has been in quincunx to my natal Pluto and that timed my re-entry into regular physical activity (walking for exercise).

I've had to take it slow and keep my walks brisker and shorter than what I normally prefer to do. And I've had to do plenty of stretching of my legs.

I finished college so it nice to experience not being glued to a computer after two years. Right now I am just starting out with cleaning more than I am use to, it's a start.

I've been working out but also strangely putting on weight despite the workout. I read that the latter could be due to transit NN in my 1H conjunct Venus.

building muscle will lead to weight gain not loss initially when a person starts working out, it's pretty normal, calorie intake also relevant

weight loss from exercise tends to happen post initial muscle growth not before whereas weight loss from calorie deficit will be quicker

Definitely more tired than before it went retrograde. I do have natal Mars Aries but in fwd motion. I'm not sluggish, just sort of zapped. Did a hard spin session two days ago, maybe it boomeranged me.

I will say sleep is very important too and we forget how much it does for us. I couldn't sleep a lot over the past cpl of years due to a lot of insomnia. This energy completely remedies that for me anyway . Maybe my codons and telomeres can restore/replenish or what it is they do to give me back some vigor/vitality ~ once Mars goes direct again. For now, just letting myself rest/sleep when my body says to.

I was on the fence about my sluggishness, thought it might be related to COVID-19.

Its strange where I am, plenty of cases but also a high number of recoveries with very few deaths.

After a 14 day quarantine more then half of the people who had COVID symptoms would have recovered.

When I can sleep, I’m sleeping for as long as I can. I woke up today, with a heavy feeling, so I just turned over and went back to sleep. When I woke up again, I felt better.

Last night, I was antsy. Watching movies, cooking, loading the dishwasher, doing other things. I’m part of an online book club with friends, so I need to read that book this week. Thinking about decorating for Halloween.

We’re looking to finally cut cable, in a few days. Possibly switching to YouTube TV. I’ve just remembered that mercury retrograde is coming up.

I was also worried that I might have been exposed to covid, when I visited my aunt. I hadn’t been worried, since she has cancer, I was worried about passing something along to her. The day after the visit, I had a sore throat, and a week or so later, a very mild cold. Some sinus pressure before that. I remembered she said that she’d been to coffee with friends, the day that we visited her home. I had used a bathroom in the bowling alley, too. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had another congested weekend, over a week ago.

I couldn't say how much it's the Mars influence because Pluto in my third house has me feeling like everything is just slow. My thinking, my mood, everything just takes so long. It's hard feeling like I'm not on my "A" game. A muddled Scorpio is a pitiful sight.

Mars is opposing my natal Mars and conjunct natal Saturn. Saturn is the apex of the grand kite in my chart. There's so many things I want to do and happen right now but it seems like the universe just doesn't want it to. It's definitely frustrating. It's also definitely not just because of Covid, although it is one of the main factors. I've also been distracted a lot more and have no choice but be sedentary due to current circumstances. Everything is moving way slower than I'd like.

I'm getting engaged this Saturday so I don't know how it will go.. being under the influence of a retrograde isn't exactly the ideal

for what it's worth most people recover and barely have any symptoms

the people i've seen who died from it got it pretty serious fairly quick so you'd be fine most likely

Thanks, dumuzi. I wasn’t really freaked out, I’m more concerned about my dad there, but he wasn’t sick at all (unless he hid something from me). I have friends who got it in March, and took months to recover. Mirage thought I might have been exposed in the Spring, when I was dealing with bad headaches and vertigo. I don’t know. I always have sinus issues with the weather changes.

just making sure i know you get stressed about ****

it'd be hard to hide it if he had it to any degree of severity

i've been coughed on and whatnot by people with it so idk i think my exposure to it up close made me really desensitized to it

i'm at the point where i'm just like "alright time to let god sort everyone out **** this" but i understand why some might find that offputting

i don't think i'm feeling the retrograde quite yet personally but it'll conjunct my moon and north node and descendant soon enough, oppose my venus

don't think it'll square my mars close enough for the transit to matter, will square my ic and mc though exact or is currently im not sure 🤔

jupiter's heading back towards my ic once it's done squaring my moon and ascendant and venus though so we'll see

i've hit a point where i don't really care anymore i'm just like eh let whatever happens happen i'll deal with it then

Congrats by the way.

laugh away if you may, I always said to myself no way I'd ever want to get married being a freedom loving Gem that I am
nor would I want to get nagged at by a female partner.

After I read your post I put a couple of cans in my blue bin and realized its full, the other side of me says I think this is the time when you actually need a female to nag you to take out the garbage.

I should be writing induction proofs for my algorithms course but I don't feel like doing that either.

I already have the credit why am I so obsess with trying to get an A in it? most people are happy to pass it and burry it.

I wish I had Aquarius Mercury they must be having a blast working at home and having more solitude reading books. While Gemini mercury is suppose to like math/logic puzzles then gets unfocused and unmotivated to do them.

I'd be more concerned of anyone getting caught in the second wave which is worse then the first wave..that includes people on lindaland.

It's vary easy to say, the virus didn't hit me back in January - March and think I'm immune then get hit with it now.

Even myself I will admit I've become more laxed with my precautions.

I've been getting hit with quarantine fatigue. My agoraphobia sort of came back this Spring and Summer, and I've barely left the house, although I spent more time in the garden. The more stressed I feel, the more I want to visit all of the places I've stayed away from, so I'm trying to ignore what I can't do anything about, and figure out a few things to do over the next few months. Visiting a pumpkin patch, when it isn't busy, and a craft store for things to paint. Something like that. I should have gone for more walks, when the weather was nice, but the humidity really gets to me at times.

Okay. Yeah, I do stress, but I think the panic attacks have backed off now (I was waking up because of them, for a while there).

my garden is essentially dead to me lately, just was too tired to take care of it this year from working nights and then the year before dealing with the break up ****** that up

bit frustrating because my ex did all these poorly thought out projects out there that have really gone to **** that i get to deal with now and it's just so annoying i haven't started because once i do i have to finish and i hate unnecessary work (and in my view dealing with someone else's **** ideas should be unnecessary, hate that it's my problem now)

but i'd also literally been bumping into the same unwanted thistle (that wasnt her fault of course) getting pricked to **** when i'd go out to smoke at night and think "i should cut this down" then nothing so eh

ive taken my bird on walks here and there but that's about it, don't run into anyone really which is convenient with the whole social distancing **** , but when it's been too sunny i just won't

burn way too ******* easy for the ********

you do yeah, that's why i was a bit concerned, but i'm glad to hear the panic attacks have died down

i used to have pretty bad ones when i was smoking pcp laced weed doing stuff that noticeably passes time helps, like writing because of the time standing still **** anxiety can give you

Thank you!!

I definitely feel you on supposed to be liking math and puzzles. I always sucked at those even though I have tons of Gemini/Virgo influence. I've always excelled at everything else but math. I failed math once in elementary and my grade 10 highschool math teacher decided to give me a 50 just so I could pass cause Imve been working so hard. Meanwhile, I have a friend who has Mercury in Pisces who's extremely good at math. So honestly, idk what happened 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyway I really hate Mars retrograde. The last time it was retrograde and I felt it was when it was conjunct my natal Mars. I thought I was gonna be finally with this one guy and then when Mars went direct, he didn't like me anymore.
