The more I study astrology, the more i find it complexed. As far as now, I am listing the techniques and methods I have learnt, learning and will learn - please feel free to list things that is not on my list. They might overlap with each other, and some of larger categories than others, but it is ok for me at this moment. So what do you think? Is there anything else? What method works the best for you?Triplicity and its lord Sects Dominant planets and elements Distribution of bounds Part of fortune, spirit Zodiacal releasing Annual perfections 12th dodecatemoria Antiscia Firdaria Decans Asteroids Fixed star Solar arc 2nd progression Midpoints study Parallel anti-parallel study Nine persona Harmonics Draconic Solar return Relocation astrology Relationship astrology Medical astrology Vedic astrology Huber astrology horary astrology event astrology world/geographic astrology IP: Logged |

You have learnt them all? Damn!!!YEah I think its way complex, personally for me I never gave much shjt about aspects and placements other than my own and the ones I've been around too often, but I did research like a mad man when it came to my own chart but I guess that applies to most. Some of the stuff listed, I have no idea what they are. Yes, astrology is complex. Been studying it for 25+ years, though recently I am trying to move past it. What worked for me was to not become a jack of all trades. But to find a few areas in astrology I resonated with and go very deeply in them as to leave almost no stone unturned. IP: Logged |

I like to keep things simple and practical. If I do a chart for someone, I want them to walk away with concrete help, not airy fairy stuff that is wordy and makes no sense.I do natal and synastry. I seem to do them from a pysch perspective cuz I have a degree in that, so it is kind of like Jung, which I have conjunct my Sun lol Hi Belage <3 ------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? I've been a professional astrologer for most of two decades and I don't use most of the things on your list.If you leave off declinations you're missing an entire dimension of planetary movement that is far more important than the things you've listed here. Learn in mundi rotation and its significance to the natal chart to gain a proper visual understanding of what is happening in astrology. It will help you prioritize what tools you use and why. ------------------ Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert birth chart rectification IP: Logged |

thanks for the inputs!Kannon, is declination same as parallel/anti-parallel? Is there any article or link or book that describes it? I suppose in mundi rotation that you mentioned means more than just "declination"? IP: Logged |
