This website mentions that if Mars has the times for spirit or times for fortune that different things will occur. What exactly are these times? I know it has to do with Hellenistic astrology, but I don’t know anything about that. I was born with a diurnal chart (daytime) and my Mars is the traditional ruler of my Scorpio 5th house and the ruler of my Aries 10th house using the whole house system. My Mars sits in my 9th house of Pisces exactly conjunct my part of fortune.
