This synastry has lots of good features. And overall there is about a 2:1 ratio of supportive to challenging inter-aspects.

The way T's Sun and Moon aspect Ken's Uranus-Neptune conjunction indicates she can activate and facilitate his ideals.

Her Venus is also part of that with his Mercury & Uranus.

Her Jupiter conjunct his Uranus, very nice.

Even some of the stressful aspects like her Jupiter square his Pluto (and vice versa) can indicate capacity for great endurance and combined determination. These aspects can mean a mutual drive for wealth or success, but can also indicate a tendency to over-confidence, to take risks without a practical assessment of the potential consequences. However, with so much Capricorn involved in the synastry, practicalities are a combined strength.

As to the major focal points you want to see in synastry ...

Her Sun is involved in some aspects. Moon is involved on both sides of the synastry. Venus is involved on both sides. Mercury also involved on both sides.

This looks like a synastry that shows features of best friendship with more emotional involvement; same mind in many ways; Her Lunar Nodes get major aspects from his moon and Jupiter, but his Lunar Nodes do not get aspects from her planets. Because of that, I wonder if the relationship leads to the future he needs for his own soul growth. But don't let that cast any shadows on it. There is a rather wide parallel between her Saturn 19S24 to his N.Node 20S33.

The synastry is very good overall and looks like a really good mutually supportive close friendship that may involve more. The t-square between her Pluto and his Moon-Jupiter opposition is where the stress and emotional push are, which may involve some conflicting feelings or emotional drama.

Her Saturn parallel his Moon shows she prefers to have some control or at least strong influence in his personal/inner life that could be problematic given his Moon is in Aquarius (freedom loving, etc).
