Only 4 Sag Moons come to mind right now and they all have children.

People who don't want children like myself are usually on the indepedent and/or introvert side which are qualities that make you value your freedom more than other types of people.

Any mix of:

Cold Moon and Venus
(cold = air and fire signs, specifically Aries, Gemini, Aqua and Sag,
cold = hard aspects to Uranus and/or Mars)

• Saturn in 5th H
• Pluto in 5th H (it may lead to both extremes)
• Jupiter in 5th H (just like Pluto it could lead to both extremes as the planet of expansion, depending on what else is going on in the chart)
• Uranus in 5th H.
Those planets above on the 11th H cuso could have a similar effect.

Uranus on the cusp of any angular house by itself is imo the strongest indicator of indepedence or the need of it. Whatever happens on the angular houses is of great importance.

So generally speaking heavy Uranian/Martian charts whose energy isn't toned down by other placements or aspects, tend to naturally avoid children just like they avoid clingy partners in their relationships.
That is because children are little creatures who will completely depend on you for a very significant amount of your life. If you can't stand a clingy partner there is no chance you will be able to stand a child.

A heavy Saturnian person will realise the huge responsibillity/burden that comes with children and how it will change his life from a practical POV (the amount of people who fail to realise it before it's too late is shocking especially in this day and age). Depending on the rest of the native's chart he/she would be a responsible parent or just understand that it's not worth it to have children for him/her.

So the same aspect/placement could lead to opposite outcomes depending on the rest of the chart.

Usually you see all or a mix of the indicators mentioned above.
Some may really want a child inside a traditional relationship (maybe due to certain beliefs/values like being extremely religious) but if they have heavily afflicted 7th and 8th H which leads to no marriage it will also lead to no children for them.
