So interesting as I keep seeing spirals in my Destiny. This one MP piqued my curiosity, I looked at the sabian symbol ~

my MP Mercury/ Neptune

I have 2 Cardinal MPs that are interesting to me.
Venus/Asc MP hit my natal nearly exact. by a couple minutes.
/Grandprism 8039, Aschera 214
and MP Neptune/Venus cnj (0) /Telephus and Lugh 217628
maybe creativity is a gift in my midpoints.

Generally, each is equally important - but specifically, their importance to each person depends upon which, if any, are "always activated" (by an aspect to a third planet/point in the natal chart) ... and when any of them are temporarily activated (by an aspect from a progressed or transit planet).

For example, your Mercury/Neptune midpoint might/could be interpreted generally as a tendency to be a dreamer (or/and an imaginative/creative thinker) ... but how and when that manifests specifically will be heavily influenced by any third planet/point that is activating it.
