I was sleeping 7-8 hours perfectly fine up until that point, so I don’t know what’s wrong with me. What should I do? I’ve never had to cancel on my boyfriend before, but I don’t want to say anything stupid  Plus, Putting Edge is the only indoor activity currently open in Toronto. Until lockdown starts on Monday anywayEDIT: We had a blaaasttttt! I can’t believe I’m still 80% alert, I feel like The Walking Dead on the inside. I’m exhausted. ------------------

Tell him the truth. A date should never be more important than your health and well being. You need to figure out what's keeping you awake. You need to face your fears. Once you face them, make a list of how you can deal with them short term, and long term. Or tell yourself that you will cross that bridge when you get there. ETA: I also noticed your siggy says you're cancer rising. This means there is a lot of current transit activities in your 12th house of Gemini, North Node transit, including the upcoming lunar eclipse in 1 week. Not sure what aspects these make to any 8th house planets, but heavy 12th house transits can seriously disturb the sleep. IP: Logged |

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been sleeping well. I have been having sleeping issues on and off, mainly due to my neighbors below me being so obnoxious. It was so bad last night that I am sleeping at my parents. I could call the cops....and I probably will if I keep waking up to her kids just dropping things around on the weekday nights. I'm sure you can reschedule your golf date. Somethings I do to shut off my mind at night is:
Youtube yoga for bedtime
Chamomile tea
booze
edibles
lavender EO
and tonight I will take 2 allergy pills to conk out at parents.

If your anything like me whenever i'm in the house too long I become restless and unable to sleep.I try to walk to the grocery store which is 5 min away. I hope you went ahead with the date because you might not be able to see your bf after monday. I don't know how they will enforce the "meet only 1 other person from your household rule". I know the consequences is a fine of about $800 but are they expecting neighbours to rat on other neighbours otherwise people will get away with it. At the worst case we could be locked down until Dec 21. Blame people in Brampton for causing the lockdown and being reckless then causing a spike in cases!! @Leo-Cancer98
