Do you relate to this article?https://brightside.me/wonder-curiosities/your-time-of-birth-can-show-if-youre-a-day-person-or-a-night-owl-according-to-research-795965/amp/ It's actually the opposite of who I am, but just read a Medium article claiming that 80% of the people he's asked say that their time of birth correlated with whether or not they're a morning person. So curious to hear about you! IP: Logged |

I didn't read the article but in my earlier article reads, the tob did reflect upon our inner clocks. for instance, We might be early risers if we were born from 5am on to the early noonish times (basically aligned with the Sun). Myself, I was truly born on a winters day, dark of night (3am) with snow falling. My goto is nocturnal all the way. Every slumber party I attended, I was last to sleep. Even worked graveyard shift when others grumbled over them, I was happily awake. Adding: I believe the Moon has more to do with this than the Sun but some of us have both in the same area. I've mine in the 3am portion. 333 the Sun. Moon and Venus I'm no stranger to the darkness or the beings of her. IP: Logged |

Doesn’t fit me. I’ve often said I’m chronically sleep deprived because I was born early morning. So I don’t like to do anything early. I noticed many Aries are morning people. Scorpio- evenings. (Might be not enough data for Scorpio ) IP: Logged |

Well, I was born late in the afternoon and I'm a night owl for sure. My parents were born in the morning and they are morning people. IP: Logged |

True for self. Born in the evening not far before sunset and am definitely a night owl. However, my late friend Rosalind McKnight was born in the morning and she was a night owl. I think it relates to her strong Yin energies. Her chart was pretty balanced, but slightly tipped to the Yin since she had Capricorn Sun, Mercury, and ASC and some of the Yin polarized Planets strongly highlighted. I think when one's chart is tipped to the Yin side more, one tends to be a night owl. It just might be especially strong for those that are both Yin polarized and also born in the evening or at night. The Yin/Feminine part of us and part of Creation, is that of quiet, listening, feeling/sensing, observing, passivity, etc part which aligns with the night more than the day. One of the deepest guidance downloads I got during a deep meditation, was of sensing the beginning of creation and before that. What I felt/sensed was that the Source Itself, was first polarized to the Yin/Feminine within Itself. It spent a long "time" in a very quiet, feeling, passive, pregnant with potential state. It decided to change because that state was unfulfilling and most of all, it became increasingly lonely for companionship (It was completely alone at this point). When It initiated the creation of Spirit sparks of Itself, that's the moment that It integrated It's own Yang/Masculine side and the two sides working together in harmony and cooperation, is what birthed Creation. It became a S/He, both and beyond either. (And then contentedly smoked a cigarette after the merging...) Isn't it interesting that life in the earth, among animals, always (? usually?) starts off female before potentially becoming male? This is one of those "As Above (within), so Below (without)" reflection patterns of Archetypes. IP: Logged |

Both. I love to get up early, and have the day ahead of me, as long as I've had enough sleep. I actually felt better waking up in the early hours of the morning, than I did just before 7am today.I don't like constant darkness, and can't stand being up all night anymore, for longer than a few nights. It gets to me. I was born in the evening. IP: Logged |

i was born in the morning (10:23 am) but i was cool with working overnights, i hate shifts that start in the afternoon and end at night those are garbage did prefer the dementia ward in the morning to any other time though, but that's just because they're at their best in the morning and then at night is when they're difficult IP: Logged |

Holds true for me!!I was born just before midnight and in my natural state i'm a night owl...i'm up at 1:30am posting this!!. quote: Originally posted by teasel: .... Getting up at lunch time durring the weekend is my favourite time to get up. I like getting up with the sun already at solar noon/highest point the sun is at during the day. Never a fan of getting up early and having everything still dark and the sun isn't that bright yet with everything still cold... I grew up in a more winter dominated climate. However, I've learned to cope with having to be up early during the work week. So what I do is on Friday and Saturday I'm literary up all night. By Sunday I'm all drained out and fall asleep around 10pm and ready to get up at 8am monday morning. Black coffee mixed with hot chocolate then carries me through the rest of the day. Not true for me. I was born in the evening but I have always been a morning person. I get up at 4 am on work days and go to bed at 8 pm, on weekends I get up at 6 am, go to bed at 10 pm. I need my 8 hours of sleep and I always feel very energetic in the morning. IP: Logged |

I definitely agree with this. I have also noticed that Aries is the ultimate morning person, Scorpio is the ultimate evening person/night owl. Especially people with their Moon in these signs. IP: Logged |

This tends to support my theory that this is ultimately more related to a person's Yin or Yang polarization, even over time of birth. Aries (especially around mid Aries i.e. 10 to 20 degrees or so) is the most Yang polarized Sign indication there is. Scorpio is moderately Yin attuned (also especially around the mid degrees). However, one has to look at all the factors in the chart and add up all the Sign and all the Planetary factors, and then see which one slightly predominates. No one but "He/She" and Yeshua types are perfectly balanced, and these are rather rare in human form. And to give an example of how relative and complex this all is, imagine a person who has most of their Planets in Yin Signs--especially all the personal and sensitive ones. Yet, say this person also has Mars conjunct the ASC or in the 1st House. That in and of itself, might be enough to tip the chart to the slightly Yang polarized, because Mars becomes so highlighted in their case and because Mars is so Yang polarized. It is far from an easy and simple thing to work out. For self, I ultimately go by "feel". I just know that I am ever so slightly Yin polarized in attunement on average. I have my Yang polarized moments or cycles (after all, I'm connected to a male body as well), but within my Soul, I feel a bit more Yin. Science will likely never address this topic in such ways as via the lens of Yin and Yang, or astrology (at least not for a long time), but they may address this through the concepts of introvert and extrovert as these are the closest correlations to Yin and Yang. Yin being more introvert and Yang being more extrovert. IP: Logged |

Born early in the morning I don't relate to the article.. Sleeping at 3-4 am and waking up in 10-11am is my ideal because I still get a good sleep while I'm losing the morning hours and enjoying the dark ones. I had people asking me "don't you feel like you wasted the day?" I only feel like that when I sleep early. I don't like wasting my nights, I couldn't care less about my days. Day is not actually my problem, sunlight is. I feel like sun sucks my energy and ruins my mood in seconds. 15 minutes doing something on a sunny day will get me as tired as 2-3 hours of doing the same thing at night. My energy levels go up when the sun goes down. Cloudy days are rare since I live in a sunny country, but I really like them, they also lift my mood a lot and I feel energetic. My eyes seem to be extremely sensitive to the sunlight, so much that good, dark sunglasses aren't enough for my eyes to feel comfortable enough. My skin is extremely sensitive too since I'm pale. Sunlight is bad for me in many ways as you see. I should have gone with MoonChild as my nickname since I relate to it in every possible sense. I'm more than comfortable with darkness I love it and when it's combined with music it's pure magic. As someone mentioned above I believe the Moon is a better general indication than anything else in the chart. Indeed Aries (probably Leo too) Moon is the ultimate morning person and Scorpio/Pisces Moon are the vampires of the zodiac (same goes for people who have heavy 8th/12th H placements or hard Neptune/Pluto aspects especially to their Moon). Thinking about it I would like to see how an Aries Moon in hard aspect to Pluto would be like. In my case I have lots ot these. Moon in Pisces as my chart ruler Sun in 12th H Sun and ASC opposite Neptune. Pluto trine ASC Pluto square Venus, Mars and Jupiter. Saturn in 8th H
