I’m curious to see it’s validity or invalidity amongst different people.

i find sidereal placements more accurate (they're where things actually are to begin with, tropical is not based on observable locations) and vedic to be extremely accurate

the biggest issue people have with vedic charts though is trying to read them exactly like western not understanding that certain things are altered

you can't read a chart expecting it to be exact in switching over

those energies will still all be there but they may come together another way

That would make me an Aries 0 degree, or late Pisces, with Moon/Venus in Taurus, Mars in Aquarius, Libra ascendant. I'm not sure that fits me.

Considering I don't have, either pursue, any romantic relationships and I'm devoted (my approach is) to God/Gnosis and the Arts, suffice to say, no, not Aries; my 10th House Revati Venus (ruler of my 5th and 12th House, and Ketu's lord) is full-on. I'm also very tall: 176cm, and humbly-stated, seen as gorgeous, since birth (I could care less, yet of course, this influences my life), hence, the Malavya Yoga. It's Pisces, isolation, and spirituality, so my soul's history had achieved an unmaterialistic, universal understanding (that of which I'm meant to give through charity; unlike the Taurus and Libra signs), so the female natives of this unafflicted Yoga are typically joyful yet single, chaste, ideological. For women, it’s not a good placement for human marriage---Revati married a god, anything less wasn't good enough. It's what I'm born with in this lifetime because of past actions and can be tarnished if/when I commit actions this round then reincarnate. Meaning, certain virtues are at stake, ones that are hard to ignore, for all intents and purposes.

note: “In addition to the well-known themes of children, recreation, romance, and play, the fifth house indicates a person's discernment, intelligence, wisdom, penetrating insight, good judgment, and ability to give good advice, as well as the likelihood of having children (or the lack thereof if heavily challenged astrologically).” (Hank Friedman) http://www.learnastrologyfree.com/november02astro.htm

Exalted doesn’t mean better, rather, power; technically the most comfortable sign for a planet is it’s mooltrikona degrees.

A Venus in Jupiter's sign (Pisces, Sagittarius) is governed by Saraswati. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saraswati
note: my own Venus is mutually aspected by Jupiter

If you have more questions, you're welcome to ask, though you're better off getting a handle on Vedic astrology in general, because the particular expression and strength of each planet is very house-specific. Try browsing the vedic board here. It's not as simple as comparing signs. You'll have to check which houses your boyfriend's venus rules, then where it's placed, to get a sense of which "exalted knowledge" his Venus hosts. For example, if Venus ruled the 8th House (becoming a functional malefic), he may have a grasp of other people's resources in this lifetime, for better or worse. If his Venus is afflicted (conjunct or aspected by other planets), then the planet's behavior is compromised. He's also a man, so Venus isn't him per se (karaka for women and relationships). Also, the Jupiter must be analyzed, as Venus is in his domain, not her own.

According to Vedic astrology, the planets at the highest degrees, like Venus for your boyfriend, are the ones that brought forth the most karma accrued.

Please, don't quote. Only wish to answer your question.

Some other things about Revati (Sidereal Pisces): I do not eat meat; adore animals. My closest guy friend, a brother, has Revati Moon, and has been vegetarian since his teenage years.

It's a common rule that to know the true condition of a planet, one only needs to look in personal life how it behaves, whether through the lifestyle or events caused during ruling Dashas.

Hope Ive been helpful to you. I could go on but think here is plenty to digest. Will be nice if other sidereal Pisces Venus on LL offer their own info, explain the differences by it's placement.

Pisces venus: PASSIVE and you can't tell if they like you or not, because they treat the opposite sex almost the same way as they make you feel.

Aries venus: upfront and you can tell if they like you or not. Lust for you or not.

Not every Pisces venus is always romantic but they are naturally romantic, even when they do little. Sometimes they don't even try. Passive/shyness in expressing love/affection.

I have experienced venus in Aries man is "trying" to be romantic, usually to get your attention, your heart at the moment, something they want from you, or just being fun flirtatious like a child/youngster. Raw/to the point express love/affection.

Sorry, am I in a wrong thread?

A thing I noticed with people that have Venus in Aries is that people of the same sex kinda hate them and they suffer because of this. The ones I've observed are a Venus Aries in Sidereal too.
I'm an Aries Venus in Sidereal.
In Tropical I have Moon and Venus in Taurus and all the description I've read are that the Moon in Taurus would give protection from female friends, which didn't happen, my mom was really difficult and I didn't have a good relationship with her and I have a few female friends, I usually get along well with boys more. The Venus in Taurus would give me stability, which I have and I like to have it, anything that is unstable is making me leave or getting it fixed. But I have my Mars in Taurus in Sidereal so it kinda shows up.

I don't really know which one is the real one. Maybe it is true that the Sidereal is a more spiritual one and the Tropical is an Earth based astrology.
