I use to see yoga as balancing and holding uncomfortable positions. But once I leaned that yoga can be used for certain ailments, I clicked with it more. I thought it would be fun to share your Mars sign(anything else if you like) and some of your favorite and least favorite yoga moves.

3. Bridge
4. Happy baby
Least
Warrior 2 (stupid) the one that basic yoga classes fixate the longest on... will come around and raise/lower your arm a lil as if correcting you LOL f* off, it's about the pelvic. IP: Logged |

ah yes I was doing some paschimottanasana yesterday. I don't mind that stretch but it makes me a little bit sad because I am not flexible at all. But then it is also cool because I see my self able to go farther during the stretch. But then I get a little sad again because I can't even get my finger tips to my ankle. konasana! That's a good stretch. I like to do those before I go running. (I got a few runs in before December hit.) IP: Logged |

Nice! I really like bow and bridge too. LOL about warrior pose! I am quite a beginner so I'm like "wow I'm super duper. I can do this, so that this totally makes me a warrior b@d@S$$. IP: Logged |

I've been back to doing yoga focused on my solar plexus chakra.I tried a new video. While she went kind of fast at times she had some new moves in there that really spiced up my practice. I tried camel pose, and I liked it. My Mars is in the 10th house.

Virgo mars. Favorite: corpse pose, happy baby, pigeon pose.
I didn’t like downward dog for many years, but it’s started to grow on me.
I think many balance poses could be annoying to me because of Mars Uranus. I might have a problem with balance when I’m just walking lol.

Lizzard
Bow
Half Moon
Side Plank
Wild thing
Warrior 3
Plow I mostly enjoy backbends and hip openers. Balancing poses are fun too! Least Favorite:
Warrior 1, just don't dig it, although I see the benefit.
Crow Pose, because I can't get it! I was able to do headstand but I can never get crow down. I'm pretty flexible and yoga made me even more flexible, so I enjoy the deep stretches rather than the ones that require upper body strength like handstand, im just not interested in that right now. crow pose is mostly about knee placement as long as your knees are in the right spot you're good, wrong spot and you lose your balance would think it's more about your arms but nah IP: Logged |

I am starting to get less self conscious about chanting. I did a kundalini style yoga a few days ago. Lots of different breathing techniques, chants, energy focus, and even playing a musical bowl during savasana.Mars Aquarius sextile Sun in Aries. IP: Logged |

When young ... I liked the peacock pose, and disliked the Corpse.Now ... I like the wind-relieving pose, and dislike the headstand (as that might make me a corpse.). Mars in Saggitarius/3rd. IP: Logged |
