I am not saying that my proposal is 100%. But with Cap Asc, Uranus ingress to Aries on May 27-August 2010, Pluto ingress to Cap in November 27 ,2008 should have been consequential.

My argument is that Transits are impactful.This especially outer planet transit moving into a new sign. This despite whatever degree the Asc is in. The modality of the newly ingressed sign will impact the angles.

So for Gem,Sag,Vir,Pisc Asc, the ingress of outer planet transits into the above signs, will affect the Asc positions listed very powerfully. And consistently
This by whole sign.

I looked at 2 listed major events in his life and not at fleeting titles or awards like when he was named "Sexiest man alive " or when he reached the most followers on YouTube etc. I wanted something personally defining I.e marriage, death circumstance, moves, health concerns that were impactful or any life events of huge significance.

At age 6(using Nov 12, 1995) he and his family moved from Russia to Brooklyn. This was my 1st clue because that's BIG. Add to that, it was permanent move. Pluto is permanence. And using whole sign, Pluto ingress to angles comes with irreversible changes. In this case, Pluto had just entered Sagittarius.

During his 1st year of residency in 2014, his mother died of leukaemia (once again using his birthday for that year-12 Nov 2014) he moved back in with his Father.

This was a family/career shift(Mc/Ic). Death of the Mom is a huge change to family dynamics. And in this instance, it affected his career /home life. He had to move back home with his Dad-this despite doing his 1st year in a medical residency.

Neptune was retrograde in Pisces at 4 degrees at the time (using whole sign) in 2014.And I used his birthday 12 Nov 2014 here too.

Neptune is loss/ego wipe-out/spiritual awakening and can be a period of feeling lost or questioning one's direction in life or feeling hopeless.

Not much is said about his feelings at that time. But I would surmise that losing one's Mom (especially given the sacrifices she made to come to the new country) may not have been easy.

It was likely a period where the family went through grief (this especially the Dad). Hence why he moved back in with
Dad. He(Dad) may have been going through depression/sad feelings of loss (Nep).

The only other date I looked for that wasn't listed on Wikipedia was a life event aligning to when Uranus ingressed to Pisces. He was probably 15 at the time. Uranus is disruption, sudden upheavals or change. And when I looked, there was nothing listed in his personal life relating to this time.

Doing celebrity chart Asc guessing is tricky. Coz you can't just call them up and ask questions for verification. Plus they tend to conceal certain personal details pertaining to their life. So it's not listed on Wiki.

It should be interesting to see what happens in his life when Uranus ingresses to Gemini (which I believe is his 1st house).

But perhaps we won't have to wait that long? Saturn will ingress to Pisces on March 7 2023.And Sat marks restrictions, boundaries and maturity.

It can also be a period of reversals /upheavals and challenges that are disruptive to one's everyday routine(Sat rules his proposed 8th house).

Typically Saturn can include things that are long and drawn out i.e lawsuits (Sat rules his proposed 9th house), illnesses that take time to recover from and restrict us in some capacity. Career growth that takes us away from home or career endings that keep us indoors and confined for a long time.

Sometimes marriage(long term contract), getting a new authoritative position that is demanding or even having a child (typically one that will change your life's routine or come with challenges etc).
