It's odd actually I think some signs on the ASC can look serious even if it's not classically described that way.

I think I come off pretty serious/cold/plutonian in photos... Actually just based on a couple of responses from you guys when I posted a photo of myself. I think what could hint towards it is Uranus contra-parallel my ASC and also oppose my first house Venus, as well as Venus inconjunct Saturn. So she may have something in her first that aspects Uranus and/or Saturn.

And same as you mentioned too, once you talk to me I'm definitely not serious at all I think, as a Gemini riser... People are usually surprised that I'm not as stuck up as I seem to be.

Or what about a Pisces ASC conjunct Saturn? Or would that put her Moon in Aries? But na I don't think I'm feeling Pisces much I dunno.

Yeah I know. She also doesnt have any air in the chart or only alittle bit. Unless the rising is an air sign. But from your responses and also what I know about her a water sign suits her pers the most, or libra in case air sign. I dont think its fire.

Ok..so what I noticed is that shes very private or even secretive about the guys she dates. Never talks alot about details. But the relationship(s) I know of were pretty longterm, with inability to see flaws in others and having difficulties breaking up. Like one time she was with a guy who was obviously not good for her yet she somehow clinged to that relationship. Would get back with him again after breakup. Maybe that is neptune in the 7th ??

If its cancer, 7th house would be in capricorn with neptune and uranus in it. And 5th in scorpio with pluto and jupiter in it. Does pluto in 5th indicate secretive relationships? Or plutonian behaviour in relationships?

7th house in capricorn makes sense to me if it also means how you interact with friends..

Hmm, her 7th house ruler would be in her 9th or conjunct her 10th for a Cancer ASC. That would actually make her relationships be rather in the open.

I'm curious, when you say she's private about them... Is it in a 'there's something I don't want you to know' kinda way, but makes it aware that there's something being hidden? Or does she actually hide them, in a way that she tries to hide the possibility of it completely?

I'm thinking the fact that it's Saturn ruling it, in a public house... Perhaps that would translate in a way that would suppress something about the relationship, but it'll be known that she's hiding it - by being Saturn. Say if it would be Mercury, she'd talk about it a lot. Venus/Jupiter/Neptune would probably make it seem better than it actually is. But Saturn would try to hide it, but hide it publicly if you know what I mean?

Trying to compare it... You know when we're young and being told not to share something with someone, so instead of actually being quiet about it, you tell them that there's a secret you don't know...? I'm thinking maybe Saturn in the 9th/10th plays out in a similar way. Being 'obviously' private.

Pluto in the 5th I don't think would really translate into private relationships. Maybe she'd hide her true feelings behind them, but not the actual existence of it.

The way you're describing the clinging to relationships... I think it could easily be the 7th Neptune and also its ruler being in Pisces... I'm just curious why you haven't mentioned anything that would describe the Uranus archetype? (Unless it's in her 8th maybe, not 7th)

A friend of mine as a Cancer riser also has Uranus/Neptune in her 7th... I also know that she is/was extremely attached to her ex (which is super unlike her, she has a Cap Moon and is just a disconnected being). But still, it's with a certain flair of disconnectedness that 'love'. Like she'll tell him that 'love is just a feeling' kinda thing. She'll tell him how much she likes him, then questions what love actually is lol. It seems like there's a struggle there for her between these two planets. So curious if for this woman it's the same way.

Also, your question about what the 7th is... It's basically the house that balances out your ASC. Which is obviously your relationships, but also how you interact with other human beings in general once one gets to be a part of their life. That could mean any relationship, not just romantic. It's also said to be the house of open enemies (vs the 12th which is said to be hidden enemies).

Do you find her putting more of her energy into 10th or 11th house matters? Like, does she have lots of acquaintances and stuff and is it a big part of her life, or is she rather the person that puts focus into her reputation? Just to see the degrees of her Cancer rising if it's in fact it...

It'll probably be difficult to determine, since she'll have planets in both houses... So try to focus on where she tends to 'try to be', which will be where her Sun is at. Where she thrives. If it's just her Venus in the 10th, yeah she might attract a lot of people. But she won't necessarily do anything in order to achieve such, people will naturally gravitate towards her public persona. Whereas if it was her Sun there, she'll tend to do whatever it takes in order to get people's attention.
