I would think the different aspects that Venus makes within the natal chart would make a huge difference in how the Venus in a particular sign plays out.IP: Logged |

What if the Aries Venus is not aspected? I know 2 Pisces men with this and they hate chasing women and initiating anything. They both have Aries Mars well-aspected. IP: Logged |

Men with Aries Venus are not chasing. The girls tend to come to them. While for the women with Aries Venus is the opposite. They chase men. Both have problems with people of the same sex. They tend to awake their hatred. I am usually a passive person and even I went to have a friendship with the guys that have an Aries Venus. IP: Logged |

Yeah, that’s what I mean! Whereas for other Venus Signs, it almost plays-out the same way regardless of whether or not the person is male or female. IP: Logged |

I have venus in Aries (female) and can´t really identify with taking the role of the agressor. And I tend to stay in relationships for a long time, maybe it´s my Taurus moon though. Once dated a guy with venus in Aries (also sun in aries, mars in gemini), and I found him to be so immature, almost childish, although he was 6 years older than me. And he chased me. IP: Logged |

This is a great question. One reason could be it is in the Detriment, I think it is. It is not a good place for it, so it is kind of whacky. Best answer ------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Check Me Out, DUDE. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Yeah, that's what felt strange to me too. And I have met a few Venus Aries in the last year and I can't quite explain it why. I think it is because is a masculine planet, but Scorpio Venus is not like that. This doesn't happen to them. And I mean, guys with Aries Venus are really surrounded by many girls. They really attract them without doing anything at all. IP: Logged |

I think you having this placement want someone to be mature enough especially because you would go after them if they would not come to you and you don't like doing that. All the girls that have this placement said what you just said when someone told them about their Venus. IP: Logged |

I think it is because men identify with their Mars, like they are taught since birth, and women identify with their Venus. And Aries is an aggressive sign. I think is not that obvious when is about other signs. IP: Logged |

I see Venus as the feminine ideal. Think of it this way... if two people - male and female - both thought that Jessica Alba is the absolute ideal of feminine beauty in every which way... the way she looks.. the way she walks.. her voice etc... 😁 The man who thinks this ^ would probably have a crush on Jessica Alba and on women who remind him of her. On the other hand - the woman who thinks this would want to be more like Jessica Alba herself .. assuming she is heterosexual... So, feminine/masculine planets can play out differently in men and women... but that is, to an extent, a blanket statement.. There are also men and women out there who are more in touch with their feminine or masculine side.. and who may be gay or bisexual. This “rule” works primarily for hetero people and people who are ok with traditional gender roles. With Aries... the way it works is that.. the man with Aries Venus.. likes Aries looks and behaviour in women.. He finds this beautiful and attractive.. so a woman who is fiery, has a lot of energy, may have a sporty/fit look and be pretty confident/forward romantically.. This is what he sees as “the feminine ideal”.. even though it doesn’t really meet the standards of classical feminine beauty and behaviour. The woman with Aries Venus agrees that this is all beautiful in a woman.. so she strives to be like this (and to a degree it comes naturally for her.. to simply express her Venus). Sometimes things can get confusing with Aries because Venus is detriment here.. But there are many women who actually were considered traditionally beautiful (who do have this Venus) - like Liz Taylor, Audrey Hepburn, Marlyn Monroe... So it doesn’t always mean that the Aries Venus woman will come across as a “tom boy”. Aries is very competitive.. so if their career involves modelling or being in the public eye - they will usually strive to look their absolute best.. Even so, all those three actresses are known for their tumultuous love lives... So they will still be outside the norm in some way, even if it is not through their appearance.. IP: Logged |

I have Venus in Aries and I'm a woman. I don't chase guys; I'm way too shy for that. I get along ok with most women, except for female Sags. These women backstab me in the end. IP: Logged |

pretty much everything odette said, reading things from a heterosexual gender conforming standard (which astrology is generally based on) that's where those things come fromvenus being uncomfortable in aries and it going against social norms we're used to just makes the expression more obvious/prominent IP: Logged |

It’s true. I met a guy with his Aries Venus exactly conjunct mine, and he wasn’t assertive in love, which I completely am.IP: Logged |
