There was this girl that I noticed is very upfront and agressive when talking. She has mercury in saggatarius conjunct pluto (1 degree). Can it be that aspect alone?
I have mercury opposite pluto and square to mars (but I dont have mars opp Pluto), and Ive often been told Im abit agressive when provoked.

I thought that it was the square to mars that makes me verbally agressive but talking to that girl she reminded me of myself abit. She was just very confrontational as if trying to pick up a fight instead of normally talking. What mercury aspect/position can make someone like that?

My partner has early Pisces Mercury conjunct early Pisces Mars, ASC/chart ruler closely conjunct Jupiter, 1st House SN conjunct Sun, Cap ASC. and Aries Moon. She can be very blunt and direct, and sometimes unthinkably (unconsciously) mean or inconsiderate. In some ways, she's more like a guy. My former best friend, before he introduced us (they were friends as well), warned me about her, "she's really bossy...".

That Pisces Mercury Mars conjunction ends up acting like an odd cross between Sagittarius and Scorpio more than Pisces Mercury. Think of it in color terms. Pure, middle of Pisces is like violet color. What happens when you add a bunch of red (Mars) to violet. You get different rather reddish purples.

A lighter, brighter fairly reddish purple is like Sagittarius's archetypal energy. Scorpio is a deep, deep, and dark and even more reddish tinged, purple. Both can be rather blunt, but have a different flavor, motivation, and/or intention behind it. With her, it's interesting as she sometimes changes from one to the other. She has a rather blunt, honest, and direct side, not usually trying to be mean or cutting, but she definitely has a sarcastic and cutting side at times as well.

I can be pretty blunt, direct. and honest myself, but rarely am I ever trying to be mean or cutting with it. I have Cap Mercury conjunct ASC/Chart ruler the Sun, where both are trine Virgo Mars Jupiter conjunction with Jupiter retrograding back into the 1st. The closest aspect in the above is the Merc Jupiter trine with less than a degree of separation. I try to balance honesty and directness with some consideration and balance (Libra Moon, strong Venus, and 7th House Pisces SN combo contributes to that).

I'm suprised though that Mercury in hard aspect to Uranus isn't mentioned by anyone.

I disagree with Pluto-Mercury and the two ones I saw mentioning it in here also have Mars in the mix which is the culprit imo.

Mars in 3rd H and Mars in Aries probably bring the same result unless another planet (Saturn, Neptune, Pluto) is helping them.

Oh but of course I have my moments where if someone is in my face and on my case...I will let people know that I am a actually a 81+(h.

Oh if I feel like someone is getting a bit out of line, I might get a bit passive aggressive.

If I need someone to do something I usually start with "when you get a chance..."

But yes I am also 81+chy deep down inside but people who know this typically love this about me most of the time.

I sound very aggressive and bossy when I speak sometimes, and sometimes it's just too intense and people go quiet. I have to think ahead and try to make myself sound softer/weaker/smaller so people don't get the wrong impression.

It's a little annoying, but people can't help how they react if I don't filter and fluff myself somehow, so it is what it is sadly.

specifically can have trouble here sometimes but in other spaces with a different crowd i haven't encountered that issue quite the opposite people can see me as a pushover

i tend to be blunt, say exactly what i'm thinking and can lack tact which is more acceptable with some people than others

in person though people tell me i'm the most laid back person they've ever met and i rarely have issues, tone goes a long way i think when someone can hear me they're less likely to take things in ways i didn't mean

i also tend towards apathy so people mistake that for being a pushover in person, like i don't give enough of a **** to be particularly reactive in most situations or really exert my will and i don't take things personally generally because i see people's behavior as a reflection of them not me even if they're behaving negatively towards me

- Aries can be quick, impetuous, angry and childish, if not in control of their words could be mouthy - if they do come uncorked.

- Taurus mostly seems refined but the tongue is ruled by them and bull headedness can bring a rath of locking horns, I'd say eloquently put words that might feel to the recipient as bullying.

- Gemini, the master of all communication , could be very cuting, swords are the suit for Gemini in the tarot. All air can be sharp (all of them swords).
I think reckless and rash verbal delivery IF the twin within is provoked.

- Cancer, not one I feel is. Idk, I'll possibly return to edit this one.

Leo like Aries can be clever with how or when to attack yet they have a prowess about them, the recipient might not realise until the delivery is finished, what just happened. I think cause they usually are happy and appealing visibly, it's a suprise.

- Virgo, Yes. They are mild about it but if push comes to shove, they are easy to step up to the verbal plate. Mercury will not have them come across as ugly or harsh as possibly the fire or Air. My best friend from long back would start out "let me tell you .." Once she started - sit down, there was a lot to be heard too.

- Scorpio, I have honestly never experienced this from them, as a recipient or outsider observing.

- Libra, like a Taurus, comes across gentle but rarely have I seen one very harsh.

Sagittarius, if I ever seen a tongue lashing , I think the jovial home of Jupiter can get very twisted when pushed. Aggressive
verbiage is always a potential with them - if these fun ones get too hot.

- Capricorn, not as bad as many others. They might feel it's beneath them as they perch on the mountain.

Aquarius Yes. Reckless with words, they can deliver the aggression like the dagger tongue was made for. I've done it, my friends and a few family members too. We quietly observe the reason and when had enough boom! Think of Tinkerbell and her honory mouth, furrowed brows.

Taurus can be blunt, and also admit that they could be wrong, like me. Most of the time.. I tend to know those with planets in Aries, or Venus in Gemini. Fire ascendants. My dad used to have a temper, but he isn’t mean. Another Taurus can be cruel occasionally - he pushes people away, but will also reappear and smooth things over. Dad has mars/Mercury in Aries.
