Topic: In your experience, how influential can a tight conjunction be, compared to a trine?

How much dominance can it have? My Godfather is a Sagittarius Sun, Libra Moon, Scorpio Mercury, Venus, and Mars. His Sagittarius Sun is at 9.6 degrees & his Sagittarius Neptune is at 5.2 degrees. Despite the conjunction, I have not witnessed anything Piscean about him. However, I can say that his birth-time is unknown. I still wonder how he functions on getting only 3-4 hours of sleep/night. He’s been like this for years! I don’t know if it’s a Mars-Jupiter-trine thing, or a real-estate-agent-thing 🤷🏾♀️ ------------------

It also matters whether the aspect is applying or separating.His Sun is after Neptune... and obviously the Sun is the faster planet.. so on the day he was born .. the Sun had already transited past Neptune. The aspect would be more significant if his Sun was at .. let’s say 2 degrees Sagittarius... because that would mean the aspect was “applying”.. it was -about to happen-... Does this make sense?
