But also on a more personal level, the people we live with and around are also going through transits every day, and their energy affects us because of our connection and relationship to them.

A family member recently had a Pluto conjunction transit to his Mars and Sun which are conjunct themselves. His behavior became highly manipulative, controlling, erratic, destructive, and self-destructive. I had known he was clever when it came to dealing with people, but this transit seemed like it amplified all of his most damaging strengths and turned him into a human torture machine. He almost died himself as a result of his aggressive behavior causing a lot of conflict between himself and others.

I had to deal with a lot of the pain of this person's transit myself. And it took a toll on me too as it did some others in my family. But it was also for me a moment of realization, because the climax resulted in an opportunity for me to see who he and others in my family really were. All the demons came out of the woodwork so to speak. My perspective on people has changed as a result.
