Hi, i have a question about these aspects in the composite chart

Moon/Karma in the 12th house in an exact conjunction in Libra and square Venus in Capricorn in the 3rd. I heard about it being karmic debts but i'm not sure how to interpret these two aspects, could someone help me? thanks in advance
