Can't read too much into just one aspect/pattern, but it sounds like a beneficial/opportunity time for positive, open communication (T. Jupiter in 3rd conjoining Venus) that may also involve or affect one's relationships, values, or resources (Venus) and to lesser extent work if Taurus is on or strongly connected to the 6th, as well as friends/social groups if Libra is on or strongly connected to the 11th (as often is for Sag Risings).

But generally for manifestation, use the rule of 3. Usually there needs to be 3 or more similar patterns going on at the same time to support a more definite manifestation.

Jupiter will more strongly amplify/highlight Venus during this time since it is the ruler of the ASC.

If the ASC point itself is like a giant magnification lens (and it is), then the ruler(s) of the ASC are like a smaller version.

If there is no risk involved, I would say go for it. What do you have to lose? It will either work out or it won't.

If there is risk involved, then would more carefully examine and weigh things. Even better yet, ask guidance.
