The Moon Sign in question is 26.4 degrees Sagittarius, and the conjunction to Capricorn Neptune, has an orb of 6 degrees. Let me know what you think! Thank you IP: Logged |

Hi Leo-Cancer98,
The Moon's conjunction to Neptune is stronger, although its opposition to Mars is a very close second in terms of strength. The reason is that a conjunction maintains its vibrational frequency/aspect during the earth's 360° rotation, whereas the opposition receives another "jolt" of energy (or reinforcement) twice per day—or every 180° turn of the earth on its axis (360° divided by 2). With regard to parallels and contraparallels, they are the equivalent of conjunctions in longitude (although the contraparallel is similar to the opposition in the sense that it's an interpersonal aspect that represents two sides or points of view). The reason is that the formation of aspects in declination can occur at any degree north or south of the equator up to 28° N/S and do not depend on angular aspects formed from increments of a full circle as those in longitude. Aspects in longitude, either those based on a division of a 360° circle or multiples of 15° therein (the earth turns 15° per hour and a full 360° in 24 hours), have breaking or resting periods in between until their aspects are reinforced again. For instance, the quintle is reinforced at every fifth rotation of 72° based on a division of 360° (360°/5), the trine at every third rotation of 120° (360°/3), and so on. All aspects in declination do not have rest periods and so are actually the strongest of all, followed the conjunction. P.S. I also just want to add that both Neptune and Mars will be strong, because each makes a strong aspect with a light (in this case, the Moon). ------------------ INCARN Astrologer https://incarntology.com/ IP: Logged |

Oppositions and conjunctions are mirror aspects of each other, that relate to others-self. But as the opposition is far, far tighter in orb, I expect it to be more highlighted overall in the life. But oppositions often show up/manifest in others in and in relationships. Hence, the person might attract/be attracted to some very Mars attuned people which reflect back their own either strong past, or currently unconscious or not so strong, Mars energy. Usually for the purpose of trying to get the person to reintegrate or deal with that energy consciously. On the other hand, the Neptune energy will be more "innate" and developed within the person already. Just won't be as quite as highlighted a dynamic as the Moon-Mars opposition. IP: Logged |
