Can this transit indicate someone having a sickly parent or parents? My friend is currently experiencing this transit. And it seems like he's going through a lot with his family. First, his mother had cancer surgery and now his dad has been in the hospital.

Yeah. It can. I think of Neptune as psychological confusion. Questioning the meaning of life, why these things are happening to you & whether or not God exists.

Losing parents, pain in the home life or taxing situations related to psychological well-being (Ic) can have one question whether God is indeed real etc. Neptune themes become prevalent.

I had it and that's when my marriage really started to fall apart. My now ex husband deceived me and tried to have an affair (but was rebuffed and then she came to me with the info). As a result my relationship with my parents strengthened as they rallied around me.
