A person with 7 retrograde planets in their chart. literally 0.05% of the population of humans over the course of history have had this in a birth chart. (edit, missed a 0)

Mostly, I'm interested on a technical level!

Venus is the only direct planet, yes. Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus, Pluto, AND Neptune...all rx. Breaking down each one is a little exhausting, but, if I were doing that person's chart, I would want to be able to speak a little to each, and then give an overall picture.

I don't find this person to be otherworldly...They have significant Taurus placements in the 10th house, so they are quite practical in many ways. Venus has a clear direction and you can see this person using natal Venus constantly.

Here's what my suspicion is...the direct personal planet is the vehicle for all of the internalized effort of the rest of the planets...so, what the individual thinks is still expressed through Venus...what the individual needs physically is outwardly attained through Venus...for all the planets...

This is based on observation. My interest is to figure out 1)is this fairly accurate 2) wouldn't this exhaust a Venus? strong as she can be? 3) in interpretation, isn't it interesting to see Venus' placement in Aries, home of the self?

The 2 most retro charts I have ever come across both have 6 retros. The 1st one is one of my best friends of 16 years. (Dob 1985) He has all of his planets except Jupiter & Mars retro. His NN is also direct.

The 2nd was a guy I worked with @ my twin's company that I met about 2 years ago in 2019 when I went back to work there.

I decided to leave about 9-10mos ago but this was probably my best work buddy there (dob 1986) he has only Pluto & Venus direct.

Both are very driven and give off the feeling of both a young & old soul but not one or the other. Both have a tendency to get into minor legal scrapes on occasion. The first one hasn't really in awhile other than a ticket or something for driving where he wasn't supposed to be. A few close call stories. The second guy I remember just got out of some a few months before I left. I bumped into him a month ago and he had just gotten into some more petty nonsense. Both keep a very good work/home balance though.

My chart is on the other side of the spectrum with 0 retros. Even Lilith & 4 of the asteroids are direct. Only my Chiron is retro. I am always in GO mode. Like that stupid bunny in wonderland. "The hurrier I go the behinder I get!"

Here's my working theory...there is a ton fo stuff...withheld from others (by nature, not by manipulation), internalized, and consistently held as an internal experience. Except for the situation involved in the direct planet, especially if the direct planet is personal...then, the energies of the chart REALLY get expressed in an overabundance of the direct planet's energy. In this case, the planet is Venus...and, the South Node is also in the 5th house...so. Lots of affectionate, love for humanity even, kind of unbondaried 'amour' comes from this person. It takes much longer for another person to experience and relate to the other pieces...becuase of the retrograde status...communication with others is jumbled, littered with assumptions (standard for gemini north node I think, at least as a phase of growth), mars is building and holding power, rather than conquering or displaying it, etc. The Venus energy gives a portal for all fo that to work through. This is observation oriented...I really need more examples and would dLOVE to see someone in here say (objectively) Hey, I have done a chart for a 4/30/1984 client before, here are the patterns I noticed...or similar.
