Personally not much, is opposing my Juno in Taurus at 5 degrees and conjuncting widely my Saturn in scorpio at 2 degrees. However, it is trining my husband's moon.

Mars trine Mars, and Uranus/ascendant.
Uranus opposed Sun/Moon and Sun/Venus midpoint, by one degree.
Saturn square those midpoints, by one degree. Also sextile Neptune.
SN conjunct my Neptune.
Chiron trine Neptune.
Vertex conjunct Saturn.
Juno trine Ceres/Chiron/Sun.

Perhaps a positive transformation involving habits related to your body or something more exciting but change that is good can always be exciting and empowering, investing in your body can feel really good. Whatever it is may it be a blessing to you. First house is connected to the 7H so it can also mean change related to the 7H.
