I’m curious if there are any others out there with Pluto in 4th house natal that tend to move a lot. I have moved so many times in my life and now am wanting to do travel work in my career. It’s where I feel comfortable in a changing environment. I know one of the traits of Pluto 4th house natives is feeling of not being safe or loved as a child and learning to self nurture, and I definitely had a rough childhood. I would love to hear any experiences you guys have had being born with this placement. IP: Logged |

I didn't feel safe during childhood and I had to learn to find my home within me which led to me feeling at home anywhere in the world really. It was a very tough road and I'm still on it but the growing feeling of security within yourself is so worth it.

I have Natal Pluto in the 4th (conjunct Moon, no less) and I've only lived in two places my entire life. I actually live in my childhood home at the moment with my family. I had a difficult childhood and was a very lonely kid, and for a long time I had a bad relationship with my family, wanted to leave it all behind, run away to another country etc. But life had other plans to me and something happened a couple years ago that brought me and my family together. Now, I want to stay where I am for as long as I can. I've never felt more at peace with my home life.

I can definitely identify with both of you on the crappy childhoods. It’s been a beast trying to protect myself and feel safe anywhere or with anyone. I’m sorry for all of us who had to go through that, although I suspect it’s what gives us our strength and determination to survive.I guess my theory is a bust, maybe I should chalk it up to my moon in Gemini? Gemini is constantly changing and moon=home so it makes sense. IP: Logged |

4th house Aries beings an "itchy feet" kind of dynamic too. My mother was always moving me around as a kid. I think that set me into a feeling of "when is too long" to be anywhere. As an adult I moved a lot too. I have empathy, I can sense changes in the air. My neighbors all moved away, after a couple months of my pondering "my moving". It was though I sensed "differing energies", I thought it was me to another place elsewhere. Yet instead, to have several new sets (+groups) of people in front and behind move in - the energy around is like a different place. I think Pluto, Mars and Uranus could bring sudden, suprising and or climactic moving energy. ~ With Pluto besides moving, it could be a makeover to your house/home that seems destructive in the transformation phase. Or the neighborhood, as in my recent scenario, could change drastically. IP: Logged |

It might be truth for this dynamic in the other houses with Aries also 🤔 IP: Logged |

No your theory is quite right. I've moved around a lot in my life because I never felt like I had roots if that makes sense. Especially not in the city I was born and raised. But I also had no issues adapting to whatever new city/surrounding I went. IP: Logged |

Kani, thanks for telling me about that, I’m always trying to find correlations with real life and astrology and how aspects play out. I’m the same when it comes to adapting too, I guess it’s the old adage “home is where the heart is”
