If you have nose bleeds occur commonly, or did and they stopped or you had your nose carterised, Do you know your cause of them?  What house is your Mars and Aries? Can you share all your harder Mars (face), Jupiter (blood) aspects as well Uranus (sudden) in your natal  and if you can drop in with transits  if/when your events happen? A strange question  but are you a first born?
 In my results so far 3/3 are. It just seems interesting. Might mean nothing. 

Anything else you'd like to share, you might have knowledge to add here. - Thank you so much if you decide to share yours.

In my case ~
To no fail, it's the cause for me, Spicy foods, spices in general. 
 My nose decided to really go wild for this Full Moon.
 
I have my 1st house (Sagittarius, ruled  by Jupiter and Mars is in my Aries (digestive *food allergy), debilitated by an opposite to Uranus.

 I think Sagittarius might be a connection  in the ones I know of, 3/3 have a rising and one Sun Sagittarius.  Two of us have 4th house Aries.

Jupiter rules vitreous.  Somewhere (possibly  via vedic sites) I once read Mars has a place in ruling blood too but all I can find is the face and of course facial arteries.

But anyhow, I used to have really bad nosebleeds from when I was a kid all the way up to my 20's. I would wake up with blood on my pillows, have spontaneous nose bleeds whenever, especially during class (awkward).

Long story short, I eventually realized that I was getting them because I was around people who generated negative energy or animosity toward me. Around my mid twenties, that's when it stopped more or less.
I still can get them, but it's rarer now. And as I said, it's correlated to negative/evil energy and me "fighting" their animosity, and nowadays I have a better handle on what energy from others I let touch me. I'm older, so stronger and more aware, so it doesn't happen so much anymore.

After being extremely ill I guess I damaged a blood vessel in the left side of my nose, but no one could figure it out for several years. // TW: GRAPHIC MENTIONS OF BLOOD // Blood poured down my face like someone had turned on a faucet and I would actually feel choked by it. It wouldn't stop for minutes at a time. It would also happen sporadically, which made me incredibly anxious any time I had severe allergies or a cold.

I was lucky enough to eventually find a doctor who realized what the problem was and cauterized the blood vessel.

PLACEMENTS

Sagittarius ascending with Jupiter in the 12th. Jupiter is ruled by Mars in the 8th.

Sagittarius ascending is in the Aries decan.

Mars is square Mercury in the 12th.

Mars is in opposition (widely) to Uranus and Neptune.

- charlie, Your Mars on your Asc is powerful.  I had head injuries too but in my case the bleeding was just a child, a long time went before as an adult they returned.

- Amoranthaniela,  I wonder if the aspects between Uranus and mars, no matter positive or not, result in these type issues.
Interesting that you relate it to energies from outside self. Do
you think that would involve Gemini or Libra? Sagittarius rising does seem to be a key in my early thoughts. It's  also  spiritual  *I think kundalini energy, life breath-life force, our nostrils are named after Ida and Pingula. Each is responsible for the oxygen we take via the left and right nostril. Sagitarius rules the 9th, spiritual and the life force of blood Jupiter. It seems they tie together.

Yes, you're totally right. Meant to say the Mars decan. That's something new I've been exploring. Really interesting insight there in regards to Neptune. I have the close generational conjunction (I was born the early 90s) and I can see how that would make it more challenging to 'control' that Mars-Uranus energy or maybe even make it more sporadic.

i had weird nosebleeds when i was a teenager. a lot of blood would pour out. a couple occasions stand out but not exactly sure of the dates for transits. one time it happened in class and i was squatting over the carpet for awhile. another time was at home and i was bleeding for over 2 hours. my parents didnt believe in going to the doctor so it was kinda funny but also not really lol. "hello mom? at what point of dying can we call 911?" i never found out the cause but they kinda just stopped.

i do have bad allergies now though that i didnt have when i was younger. there are usually traces of blood when i blow my nose.
