IF it's a woman, would you look to her Moon and Mars? If it's a man would you look to his Moon and ?????

I ask obviously for myself, as my Venus is right by my MC. Most synastry with my Venus is career related. And my love relationships in the past have always involved Mars, but they have been karmic relationships as opposed to true love. So now I am curious!

I feel like that MIGHT operate with the same intensity as Venus closely aspected (and majorly aspected) on the MC.

My insights into both: The Libra MC person might feel more often recognized for their pleasant persona and/or appearance (more likely their appearance, honestly) and that could be frustrating. The MC is so closely tied to professionalism and most of us want to be recognized for our talents and achievements, not just how we look/appear.

Interesting thought. I DO want romance to be a part of my life, but life is pointing me in career direction more than anything. It's a Virgo Venus for me with a trine to 6th house Chiron. No other major aspects really, unless you count a 7 degree square to Neptune.

I can kind of see that playing out at its most extreme as being hired or NOT being hired for being too attractive, being known at the workplace for your looks/outfits, and so on.

Unless Venus is not in a dignified position or there are various challenging aspects to Venus. This is someone who likes working together with others (collaborating), takes the path of least resistance, is acquiescing, tries to de-escalate situations (if there is a possibility of a dispute), prefers to maintain the status quo,thinks of image as very important i.e " it's not what you say but HOW you say what you say" etc. If blessed with looks, this individual may be adept at being able to use their beauty to advance their goals

With Venus on the MC(unless various aspects of the chart say otherwise), this individual's life is usually characterized by many types of relationships/ partnerships or alliances.
