As Elon Musk is gearing up to take people to Mars by 2024, I wonder, how would it affect the future of astrology? https://www.cnn.com/2021/04/27/tech/elon-musk-spacex-mars-danger-scn/index.html QUESTIONS TO PONDER: If you live on Mars, what happens to your Mars, your action principle? Planets are only meaningful to us when we look at them from earth. What if we were to look at earth from Mars? Does earth become another planet and what kind of planet, what would be its attribute? But more importantly, how about children who will be born on Mars? How does astrology change to accomodate these new charts? Since the beginning of time, Humans have had planet earth as their birthplace and astrology centers around earth. What happens to the astrological chart of those who will be born on other planets or in space? And should we look up Elon Musk's Mars? Yes, I know, I have too much free time on my hands. IP: Logged |

Children born on Mars would be Martians. Mars would be at the center of their astrological chart, and planet earth would be one of the rest of the planets affecting them. I think earth's influence would be connected to Gaya, mother nature. We live on planet earth, so it's like seeing other people's auras while being in your own aura; it's transparent to you. Still, you can connect with nature and feel the essence of this planet, and thus perhaps understant somewhat better how it would affect those born on Mars.IP: Logged |

When we look at or discuss a chart, we never talk about the planet earth. We just don't. We talk about all the 12 planets, what they do, but never about planet earth and what it's doing. That means for children born on Mars, we wouldn't be talking about Mars when examining their chart. Yes, we would have to take a snapshot of the heavens from the vintage point of Mars to do their chart, meaning the position of the planets AS SEEN FROM THE MARS but once this is done, we wouldn't talk about Mars at all in reading and understanding their chart, and we would have to find a way to talk about planet earth, and we would have to assign it qualities and characterists, like we have assigned qualities and characteristics to all the other planets. THere is a mythological god that rules each planet besides the sun and the moon, and we would have to assign a mythological God to planet earth. Gaia as you said is a possibility. IP: Logged |

Elon Musk has Mars in Aquarius, conjunct North Node. Makes a whole lotta sense. https://www.astrotheme.com/astrology/Elon_Musk He has a grand trine in air sign, involving Venus in Gemini, Mars conjunct North Node in Aqua, and Uranus in Libra. IP: Logged |
