I'd like to understand this aspect in progressed chart. If we begin a new love relationship during this progressed aspect ? And if we get married ? Will it last ? Or will it be short-lived ?

I think look at what area of life Venus rules.

It's not the same. But I had progressed moon conjunct natal Uranus. And there were changes around my home. Temporary though.

The moon rules the natal fourth house. So ...🤷🏿‍♂️
