I had some associations I thought to share.
A few haunted my thoughts, I had to seek possible similarities with a few. (ignoring the traditional elements) Mystical OTHER totems for the astrology signs.
Aries - Mongoose (impulsive, brave)
Taurus - Seahorse (manners, partnership/ venus)
Gemini - Honeybee (busy, social)
Cancer - Hedghog (intuitive, fertility)
Leo - Ladybug (genders don't apply, it is fluid)
Virgo - Squirrel (practical, planner)
Libra - Glasswinged Butterfly (the mirror to the other)
Scorpio - Flying frog (transformative, feeling the direction to navigate)
Sagittarius - Firefly (spreading light)
Capricorn - Scarab (hard working)
Aquarius - Lemurs *flying (solitary but social)
Pisces - Lizard (adaptable, spiritual)
In Celtic, I'm a Cat, I behave as so tbh.

Dunno, but my partner had a dream about our animal totems/associations and in this dream, mine was a turtle. My most highlighted sign is Capricorn. Turtle is a resourceful, adaptable creature that carries its home/protection on its back. Capricorn has long had strong associations with water though being an earth sign. IP: Logged |

@GCE, maybe the turtle is your totem animal. Have you noted hers? Do you have any Pisces in your chart?
I almost used Turtle for Pisces but thought about how they tend to master land, they can be pretty diverse in ways. Mysterious like a Scorpio. I opted for the lizard. I know in alchemy they use Salamander for Sage. I was trying to tweek the old world one's as we adapt in time and some signs night align to other creatures than what were once given.
In the Celt there's animals and trees.
Oh and the Scarab is sacred to Egyptian historical figures. You have a timeline you recalled from there. IP: Logged |
