I managed a Leo guy who I recently had to fire because of his sexual involvement with a Sagittarius lady who is very senior at work. In looking at past relationships involving Leo men with Sag women, I noticed they all ended tragically for one side or the other. So I started to look at what it is that makes the two not click so well compared to other fire signs.

First I looked at why Leo men click so well with Aries and Leo women. With Leo women it is obvious, they are the same energy and Leos get them. With Aries women, it also becomes a lot more clear. Both Aries and Leo women are just very upfront types that tend to bring a lot of positive energy into the room or into most interactions. They know how to have fun and Leos love women that know how to have fun.

With Sagittarius women, it is different. I noticed that with them, the charisma and positive energy is very reclusive or reserved. Many have social anxiety or are just the types to be more into the fringe type of things out there. You won't see many captain of cheerleading squads being Sagittarius women for sure.

So naturally, Leo men pay less attention to Sagittarius women or even pursue them with the same passion that they would an Aries.

Next, Sagittarius women are very argumentative as a way of making up for their lack of outright charisma. Leo men love women who can keep the peace and use that energy to light up the room or just pick them up when they are down. Sagittarius women are naturally more argumentative and rather use that energy to argue.

A Leo man does not know where he really stands with her, is she friend or is she foe.

One thing does become clear though, Sagittarius women have a ton of sexual attraction to Leo energy.

The way they go about it is different from how an Aries or Leo woman would A good example is Helga and Arnold from Hey Arnold, that is how Sag women go about chasing Leo men. I am going to try to destroy you and tick you off because that is how I try to show my love, I don't want to be too forward here because I have to keep my toughness.

Think of Chrissy Tiegen and Ann Coulter, how naturally combative both women are towards men.

Leo men do not deal with that, they just scratch their heads wondering what the heck is up with her.
