Why is it that Sagittarius women don't end up with Leo men often?

Well, I have noticed a troubling trend in my life. Sagittarius women will often marry incompatible sign men but often cheat on them with, you guessed it, a Leo man. I have known about 5 different circumstances, including one where I had to fire the Leo working under me, where the Sagittarius woman fell for the Leo but it always starts out in one way.

Usually, she starts off really confrontational and tough to get. The Leo is like "uh okay whatever lady", and moves on, but she keeps trying and probing although in very indirect ways. Often it is met with bothering him and getting under his skin because she doesn't want to make her desire as direct. Sometimes, it can be done with making his life miserable just so he can pay attention to her.

Then, it comes down to it where they have sex and she is practically addicted to him.

I compare this whole ordeal to someone who cannot get into the best college so they rally around how the best colleges are overrated, often repressing their desires because deep down they hate that they were passed up, but then they finally get a taste of going to the best school and they are all over it.

Or like someone rallying against the 1% passionately but the second they say they want to make them rich, that very person is the snottiest 1% you can have.

This is how Sag women approach Leo men, I cannot have you so I hate you but when I do get you, I am never letting go.

It is why even though they don't marry, she will often cheat with him. He is the drug she could never do or that shot of liquor her parents would never let her take until she took it.

Learn about planetary strengths and how to read a full chart in synthesis, and you'll see how much nonsense all the above truly is.

And on a side note, you seem pathologically obsessed with that couple. It is not healthy, try to let it go, both for your sake, AND the sake of this forum because you are spamming it up with this obsession.

Hey, most of us get a little obsessed with someone, or something or another here and there, and that's understandable, but if you lose all self awareness about it, and it starts becoming overly pathological, then it can start to become a problem.

All joking aside. You really should share your chart or you aspects and a gist because we share about ourselves here as much as our studies in synastries. Even *without a chart you can share your AC and other key parts. Discover more about YOURSELF than you already may had known.

But even if your not, your focus on this relationship is very unhealthy and clearly affecting your ability to make objective observations. Nobody is waiting for another Leo-Sagittarius topic. It will not give you any new information and it will most definitely not lead to anyone telling you that you are right and the Sagittarius is wrong. So what are you really trying to achieve with yet another topic about this relationship?

Indeed, I can personally vouch for that. I'm not like that by nature at all (as I only have moderate attunement to Pluto). I've tended towards the Aquarius Venus side of things of for a long time, and if anything, can be a little too detached with most things and people much of the time.

But I met a person a few years back that I had very strong 8th House, Pluto, Mars connections with plus highlighted Scorpio interconnections, and frankly, became unhealthily obsessed with this person for too long. (This person is far more Plutonian and Scorpio attuned than myself).

I have never experienced anything like it before or since, and I hope to never again. Breaking free of that connection was like how I imagine how a heroin addict must feel like when they are trying to kick their heroin addiction.

And though I've been using hypnosis to push the connection into the background, to some extent, I'm still somewhat haunted by it.

So I feel for P.M. having been there somewhat, BUT, it is time to wake up and grow up.

Well said Hypatia. Come to think of it, the 12th House was pretty highlighted too. For some examples. The ruler of her Sun and 8th House and co-ruler of her Moon, Mars was in Leo and in her 12th House. Which in turn was extremely closely conjunct my Asc which fell in her 12th.

Her Sun ruled her 12th, and was opposed my Pluto, ruler of my IC (we are of a different generation).

My Moon rules my 12th, is in Libra and was generally opposite her Aries Sun ruler of her 12th, and in her 1st House.

Then we had strong Jupiter and Neptune interconnections, and some Pisces as well. Like my Jupiter, ruler of my 5th and 8th was almost exactly conjunct her Asc and generally opposed her Pisces Venus and Saturn. Neptune, ruler of her Desc and the former placements was conjunct my Sun, ruler of my chart. My Neptune, ruler of my 8th was conjunct her Jupiter, ruler of her IC and Desc, and in her 4th.

My Pisces South Node was close to being conjunct her Pisces Desc and generally same Sign as her Pisces Venus and Saturn (where Saturn rules her 5th House).

There's more, but I think folks probably get the point.

But, if I'm to be completely honest with myself and others, there is a part of me that actually hungers to get lost in such a connection. To be able to have that kind of intense, all level merging. I just would like the merging and (real) Love part without the over attachment part though.

Anyways, exactly on the bolded part. I'm of the opinion/perception (and this is a very Capricornian one indeed) that there can be no significant Soul growth and change without testing, friction, challenge, and suffering/pain.

It's like the human condition and archetype practically demands that Fire for Soul growth. And I have a Soul that very much wants to grow.

While I don't fall into the absolute camp of "Everything happens for a reason, all the time.", I do think that much does tend to happen for a deeper reason much of the time, and that we (more so our Expanded self level) sets up challenges, testing, friction, and suffering for it's Soul selves ahead of time.

I think I did grow and learn some from the situation. It helped me to apply more discernment and boundaries, which is part of my Virgo North Node in 1st path.
