I am thinking of recovering this relationship, but I have my doubts.

On the one hand, Moon Pluto is the strongest link that can exist in a synastry.

On the other hand, I am afraid of this relationship.

Moreover, I am pregnant, and if the baby is born, I need a dad for this child.

On the other hand, for all that I loved this boy, and for everything that was between us, I see a betrayal appear in his life under these circumstances.
But I know he wouldn't leave me alone with this. (He has a Moon in Leo, and a Venus in Scorpio).
I know it will be there.

But is this ethical?

For all of you who had a relationship with Moon - Pluto involved ... What do you think of this situation?

I am the Moon, he is Pluto.

How would Pluto react if the Moon looks for him, being pregnant with any type?

My best advice to you is to pray on it, meditate, ask for guidance, and then follow your intuition, but absolutely under NO circumstances get back with him just because you 'need' him or want a father for your baby, you will be stuck like me, staying with someone because you have nowhere else to go, or because you're comfortable now and just don't know anything/anyone else so it feels scary to leave and start over. Don't get sucked into that trap, you're stronger than that, you're absolutely strong enough to do it on your own.

You don't have to be together for him to be a father to that baby, and if he doesn't want to be, then you file a case and put his ass on child support. Idk if this is your first baby, but you can also get help from homeless/women's shelters, apply for food stamps, they'll be easy to get now that you're pregnant. You're also now guaranteed at least $1500 every year on tax returns for the next 18 years. Trust me, you don't need him, you can only WANT him. Just make sure you really do before going back, that's all.

Thank you very much for your advice, but I think I did not explain myself well.

This Guy is not the baby's biological father.
This Guy was someone very important in my life. We met as children, we grew up together for a few years, then I changed places ... Years later we met again ... And there Moon - Pluto in Synastry did the rest.

We separated 3 years ago again, and we have talked a lot this time, because I mean, Moon-Pluto cannot be broken so easily.

And now that I'm pregnant, a mistake on my part, the guy was narcissistic, but I was weak, so I can't be blamed that much either.
Now that I am pregnant, there is a small chance that I will not abort, so in that case I do not see a better father for my child than this Guy.

This boy is Libra, but he has a Moon in Leo, he adores children, and he has Venus in Scorpio. Nobody loves like people who have Venus in Scorpio.

And honestly, even though I am very scared again to go back to the Moon-Pluto relationship, my intuition tells me that this is correct.

This in case I decide to have the baby. If I abort, no. I would continue my relationship with this guy until now.

Venus in Scorpio is intense but I’m not sure they really love hard. It seems like they are more into being obsessive. I have Venus in Pisces in the 8th house. And I think this placement might be too much for me. Moon in Leo’s tend to be self centered and attention seeking.

Actually... I would love to have a family with this guy.

1) Will he agree to raise someone else’s child? This you really have to ask him.

2) Do you want him back for the right reasons, or he’s just your financial provider? Why did you break up in the first place and how will this child change things? It may not give the child a good family environment if you’re incompatible. Moon-Pluto itself does not suggest compatibility.

1) I don't know. I'll find out soon. But this guy is the only one who can accept me pregnant. We have known each other since we were children!

We broke up because he was obsessed a lot (Scorpio Venus), although that was not the main reason.
I spoke an emotional language (Cancer), and he a rational language (Libra), but now I have become more rational, and he more emotional, so we will understand each other better.
And I don't know how a baby is going to change things, but this guy and I have known each other since we were kids. In my current moment, this is what I have.
I still don't know whether to register the baby with an unknown father, and have this guy adopt him, or whether to register him as his father, in case he accepts.

Hence, not particularly "special" nor important.

Pluto interaspects are more important to look at when the people are of a different generation/significant age gap, the aspects are very close, or both people are very attuned to one or both of the planets.

And preferably with more than one of the above going on concurrently.

Otherwise, Pluto aspects are sub tones to the rest of the synastry. It's like if you were making a soup with various different ingredients, herbs, and spices. In many cases, Pluto is like that pinch of marjoram that gets overwhelmed by all the copious amounts of oregano, basil, and rosemary in the soup..
