I also do not see any aspect that could indicate wealth.
But this man has the Moon in Taurus.
The Moon is our most basic needs, to make us feel safe so that our Sun can shine.

Taurus is material wealth. Infinite stability and enjoyment of life. (Everything that includes Venus, with an earthy twist).

- His Pluto (transmutation, a magician quality second to Mercury + Mars)  is in his first house decan Jupiter. Expansive, luck, lucrative.

- Saturn (pastlife karmic brought over in this lifetime), House two.
Wealth - Sun decan. He shines in his second, graced by karma or recalled karma he utilized, like a magician!

- Neptune in rx (seeing through ILLUSIONS.) A good manifestor might have it in rx. He has it in Saturn, again Support from Past liftime karma brought over. In his 3rd. Communication and in Libra, Venus may flavor his luck (see more on Venus below). Idk this man's story at all tbh. I see the Mars decan in his 4th is favoring his POF. He might have had seedling money from roots/heritage that  brought him up in financial status.  Maybe you know something?

- Jupiter in his 6th, Capricorn being the business owner, captain of industry  rules his 6th. In Sun decan, again a spotlight. Abundance and blessings.

wisdom, in Aries (Head, pineal g.) His NN. He was self directed as a Ram. Venus was the decan of his NN. She rulls the Bull market (Tau).

 Yes, as was said earlier,  his Moon is in Tau. (emotional drive towards green). It us nicely aligned with his MC.

- 11th house is Gemini.  See earlier mention to his Mercury  powers.
His wishes, hopes, groups are located here. He has Pallas&Kaali in the Mars decan (ambition). Pallas will "know" where to insert his energies. Kaali will operate like a Pluto energy and build/destroy as needed to accomplish goaos. If he felt it was useless to be accompanied with particular groups/parties, he cut them away from his life. Very driven and focused. I don't beed to see his aspects to see that!

-  His 12th is unaspected.  Cancer. I feel he kept his home and family life private - possibly. Protecting himself as a business  minded mogul. This may be a key to his success as emotions can bring
poor chouces. He has Scorpio ruling his 12th. .

If the above chart is more or less accurate, then never underestimate a predominant Saturnian's lust and hunger for ever greater power and control, and the lengths they will go to acquire more and more the means to same (in this case, money/wealth. In the Saturnian Ted Bundy, it was the power of life and death over his victims).

Especially not when said Saturnian also has very powerful Mars backing it (chart ruler, the Sun, closely conjunct Mars and angular), and thus plenty of raw physical energy to achieve same. And with Taurus Moon square Leo Pluto, more tenacious than a pit bull with a favorite toy in its mouth.

But just another psychopathic Saturnian high powered CEO type, but who is particularly shrewd/intelligent and probably listens to his gut instincts more than the average psychopath.
