^^Looking at the event chart for that day Tr URANUS will be forming a grand trine with ATROPOS and ANGEL and that turns into a KITE with my natal Dejanira on star Sirius. Weirdly enough Tr NESSUS will be trine my Dejanira and also opposing Tr ATROPOS and completing a KITE with grand trine Uranus-ATROPOS-ANGEL as well. WOW. Tr ATROPOS will fall in the 11th and be conjuncting Tr SUN and Tr Dejanira too.

^^I am leaving this job bc I feel politically discriminated against by my boss, she is "professional" enough I suppose in writing and "appreciates me" but ultimately I have noticed she supports people in advancing them and putting them in positions of supervision who think like her politically and it has little to do with merit, even though she knows I am a great therapist and has expressed she would want her own daughter to see me, I feel she feels threatened by me and I work harder than anybody else there, always take on way more cases than everyone else yet my co-worker has been depressed for over a year and does not work nearly as hard as me, always avoiding taking on more cases, she puts her to supervise interns and with me only talks about it but never actually asks me to actually do it, completely biased against me, not looking at my work and making decisions dictated by politics which is an ABUSE of her power so I feel I have hit the glass ceiling and I make that center more money than anybody else there yet I am not rewarded with more responsibility, this shows up a lot in the group dynamics her bias and her intentions, I am smart and pick up these things and I reached my limit. I am still grateful but I am done with the BS, don't want to play this F up game with her, this KITE represents the good prevailing (angel) and a cycle of abuse of power and feeling like a victim of it ending (nessus-abuser, dejanira-victim, atropos-endings) and for her this will feel abrupt even though I have been dropping hints this is coming for several months now (uranus, uranus square saturn).

I honor my commitments and care about my clients so will give them 2 and half months notice. That is fair and kind of me.

I hear you, yes boundaries not been respected has played a role in this and abuse of power.

Despite everything I said and my ongoing frustrations with her I do care about her, I am attached to my team but I have outgrown this center and also am done playing games and tired of constantly feeling like I need to play politics to get taken more seriously, advance, and be one of her "favorites." I won't do it, never did.

In all honesty, I don't even care about supervising interns although I would be great at it but is not important for me to take on that role but I don't like noticing her bias and realizing it impacts my career since she is the director, I think is yucky and find it super annoying since it has been going on for over 5 years, it has had this cumulative effect and I have reached my limit with it but when it comes down to it staying there is not in my best interest. I am not a victim, I have taken this situation and turned into an opportunity to advance myself in my own way and create a career path that is more aligned with who I am and my needs and strengths so is a win regardless, she only has the power to limit my potential if I let her, I make my own path and choices I did grow while I worked there too so I don't forget that either and I am grateful for that. I was meant to work there for the time I have but am not any more and that is okay.

I gave my notice August 31st and it went well, I decided to give them until November 15th so that is my final day there. I am currently working 6 days a week and will transition to full time private practice in November with my other job and will also start building up my own private practice.

EMDR training starts this week and finishes in December and I will then be an EMDR trained Clinician and provider.
