This subject falls under Advanced Astrology.
I checked one of the textbooks on my library shelf, to see what a recognized "expert" had to say.

combust
When a planet is conjunct the Sun,
within an orb of 5 'DEGREES' ---
it is said to be 'burnt' by the Sun,
and is termed 'combust'
or said to be 'in combustion.'
. .
Some authorities claim that the planet in question is weakened by this combustion,
but a study of Mercury
(frequently combust, as one of the inner planets)
would suggest otherwise.
(See also CAZIMI.)
cazimi
An Arabian name given to an extreme case of COMBUSTION,
when a planet is within 17 'minutes' of the Sun's longitude,
and this in conjunction with the Sun.
. .
Authorities differ on how the 'cazimi' is to be interpreted,
but in the tradition, the placing was seen
as strengthening for the planet.

YOUR PLACEMENT
Your Sun Aquarius is 22.27'44"
Your "Mercury Aquarius was applying"
to it at 22.08'13" ..
By DEGREES, your have Sun-Mercury 'combust'.
By MINUTES, the difference between the two is 19'31" --
If the planets would have been from 00'00" up to 17'00" 'minutes' apart--
then it would have been considered in the zone of being 'cazimi'.
'applying' combustion | CAZIMI - zone | 'separating' combustion
Quoting astrologer Jeff Clough, in his article 'Under The Beams'-- he says that
a combust Mercury is usually linked to a “loss of objectivity.” That is, because [when] it’s in the Sun’s glare, it not-only can’t be seen, it [also] tends to lose its own ability to see things-- particularly, other points of view.
He goes on to say, "Personally, I find that if Mercury plays a dominant role in your natal chart, 'combustion' can sometimes feel a little bit like a retrograde."
. .
He was writing about a transit during that year-- but you can probably apply the 'idea' of that to your own placement.
