I'm going to add something here that I had discovered around a year ago.
Been delving into Vedic.
I had gone to several websites to calculate my chart, and got majorly frustrated that the info wasn't coming up the same, depending on where I got the charts done.
One website kept glitching.. argh.
Soon, I noticed that with the Wilhelm charts, in section called 'Planetary Details', the the 'tropical' degrees and signs were listed for my chart.
In Vedic, I'm an Asc Scorpio 18+
In Tropical, I'm an Asc Sag 11+
My Karakas were different too,
depending on website that calculated my chart.
Discovery---
Found out that the Wilhelm Charts use the tropical zodiac for calculating planets, then present the material in the form (style) and rules of an Indian chart-- provides lists of Vedic tables, etc.
On my Wilhelm,
next to columns for Planet/Asc, Degree, Sign,
it continues with the Nakshatra and Pada planet is in,
with its Lord and Sublord noted in the final column of that planet's row.
Wilhelm = Vault of the Heavens,
Kala Vedic Astrology Software.
IF you print out your chart, it will be 2 pages of Indian Style charts. -- PAGE 2 contain various Divisional Charts.. aka the 'D' charts-- like D-1, D-3, D-4, D-7, D-9, D-10, up to D-60.
Each of the D-charts cover an area of life.
D-9 your spouse, D-10 your vocation, etc.
You'll need to know how to read an Indian chart.. all the little numbers in the block stand for which 'sign' its in, the block positions mean something too. (On the 'Vault' reports they are VERY faint, and ink fades.)
These are not presented like the 'Round' Wheel type of charts found at Astrodienst. Vansio showed you the Harmonics.
(same as D's?)
To do Harmonic charts at Astrodienst,
where the 'day' number is typed-in for Day of Birth, the number you put inside for 'day' becomes that particular Harmonic Chart. The Chart Wheel appears-- and you'll have to know what the special rules are for interpreting aspects.
Dave Cochrane has a LOT of information-- videos, and textbook articles, on the practice of Astrology called "Harmonics."
search "Vibrational Astrology"
Google search or Youtube search will help with understanding Harmonics.
IN SUM:
Vault of the Heavens is a new kind of 'hybrid' chart.
Uses the tropical zodiac to calculate planets.
Presented in style of Indian square/diamond chart.
Report includes a page of Divisional Charts {Vedic square/diamond style}
Includes Vimshottari: List of your life's transit through the large MahaDasa periods, with subperiods noted. Each time you ask for a new copy of chart, they advance the Vimshottari dates for you. Current.
(If I'm in error on any of this, please let me know. I'm still in the beginner stages of this.)
