So I was looking at my declinations and noticed that one of my planets might be parallel to an asteroid but I cant seem to tell. But do asteroids even count in declinations ? And if so what are usually the orb allowances? Is anything past 1 degree too wide?

And if anyone can tell me if these two circled in blue are considered parallel ? Thank you!

Certainly no more than 1°. If not in aspect to a luminary, I'd be looking at probably more of a 45-50' orb.

i would agree with this. going for an exact 0° orb or up to 2° maximum in my opinion, with all aspects, not just parallel.
