I mean people even get into relationships with others who are just like their mother or father on a regular basis.

Our astrology is a reflection of us and our familial bond/genetics/bloodline/history etc.

And me being raised by a male and female Cancer I should be able to spot things they do.

True story my former Cancer boss whould always take us out to lunch and try to do the "family thing".

Then whenever I'm around over hearing my moms zoom meetings (she's a senior manager) and treating her 40yrs old employees as if there her children...I give her flak.

A Cancer boss that ends up being like my mom makes it easier for me when I end up working for a Cancer boss....I already know there expectations...

I gather you'd have it simmilar with Geminis...

Example: I have a Scorpio Sun, Taurus Ascendant, mars in Sagittarius.

My father has Sun in Sagittarius, moon in Taurus.. heavily aspected Pluto trine his moon.

All of my long-term connections were with people who had important planets mainly in Taurus and Scorpio.

I believe there will always be a theme.. if that's your soul's journey. Maybe people with this pattern have lessons to learn related to their parents/ the parent. I also have some major Saturn, SN/NN stuff going on with my father that is also a reoccurring theme.

Do you have an active 12th house? Alot of 12th house people are very intune with their past lives. Some people can remember their previous lives as well as they can this lifetime. Alot, if not all, of my issues can be traced back to a previous lifetime and I have brought them to this life where they manifest in different, yet somewhat connected ways.
