I swear, the past few days I have not been able to sleep at all no matter how hard I try and everyone I know around me has experienced the same exact thing. What's going on man?IP: Logged |

Not 100% sure. There was this recently from spaceweather.com"AN ERUPTION ON THE SUN (UPDATED): A dark filament of magnetism erupted from the sun's southern hemisphere on Nov. 29th: Debris from the explosion could deliver a glancing southward blow to Earth's magnetic field on Dec. 3rd, according to NOAA analysts. Confidence in this prediction is low. Aurora alerts: SMS Text." But it sounds like it started earlier for you and some other folks? So again, am not sure. Maybe it is partly the sense of global unrest and more and more people realizing governments of the world are trying to move us into a controlled, dystopian future? IP: Logged |

Do you have enough magnesium in your diet, eat healthy and no heavy meals directly before going to sleep ? No caffeine in the evening ofcourse...IP: Logged |

I’m only napping, not sleeping, but my dog can’t walk right now. I don’t know if it’s temporary or permanent. I haven’t seen him poop for two days, so I’ve just given him some plain pedialyte in ice cream. Now he’s fussing again. Gotta go. IP: Logged |

I second this. Try eliminating all stimulants from your diet (caffeine/even tea/too much sugars if any). Clean your whole system of it so you can reset your sleep.
Also, vitamin deficiencies and thiamine deficiencies can cause sleepless nights because your body doesn't have enough nutrients to evacuate toxins and cleanse itself. This causes the body to be stressed and can disturb sleep. Try a vitamin cure and see if that helps. IP: Logged |

Didn't know every part of this but sounds logical. I forgot that if your blanket and pyjama are not warm enough, specially also cold feet make the body sleep very shallow or not at all, to prevent freezing to death while sleeping. Even if it's not cold enough for that to happen, the body reacts like that. Also if the room is too small or the air is not fresh, same reason, to prevent death due to a lack of oxygene. Just my own experiences... Jean Michel Jarre - Oxygene, wonderful music : http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JhVFXW7RZDA IP: Logged |

A beginning, still unnoticed virus infection or other illness in the incubation time can cause the already attacked nervous system make you a bit hyper active, not calm,or a lot of histamine in your blood during (unnoticed) allergic reactions or due to histamine in your food if you are histamine intolerant. Just listened to 'Oxygene' first time since years, it's great for kundalini rising experience, deep meditation, dancing, space travel... Was very popular around the late seventies/eighties.

since a few days ago, there has been a lot of extra FUD vibes (fear, uncertainty, doubt) in the world with the financial market volatility and government hands trying to control/manipulate that. i think we all feel it, consciously, subconsciously, unconsciously.. the fear-mongering vibes spread like a plague. not surprising our rest is affected by this. not sure if there is something different astrologically.. we are in the middle of the eclipses. change is building up/happening and most people fear sudden change. Magnesium citrate is known to cause the least diarrhea of all sorts of magnesium and is very easy to absorb, if my year old informations are still up to date. I always buy pure powder, it's cheaper and has no other ingredients (have allergies), but in case you buy the powder, you have to watch out for a good quality with not too much citrate, then it's too acidic for teeth and stomach. You can taste it. Otherwise just take tablets. They use it also for laxation, but the other sorts are even worse. I always take it with a meal and never have problems. And I sleep like a baby. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnesium_citrate IP: Logged |
