(hi) know a girl with aries mars in 12th squaring cap saturn in 9th close to mc. she didnt have a job she was happy with for awhile (mostly retail). eventually she found one with a pet food company where she travels to all the stores to make sure everything is in proper order. she seems to love it.

i would theorize yours could have something to do with a 3rd house fear that you have to overcome first.. then finding a career that has to do with 3rd house stuff (maybe something with communications) or even just putting yourself out there to overcome it at the same time.

I've been with two guys who have mars in the 12th house.

They both worked at pizza places and such starting out.

Scorpio Mars guy joined the Marines for 4 years. Then did IT phone job. Then we spit up so I mind my own business in what he is doing now.

Virgo Mars husband worked for a tile business, coffee shop, and another pizza place.

He then worked with his dad at a little place that did car parts and plane parts. Once he got sick of the little growth and discrimination being a youngster there...

He got his wind teach job...he now is doing commissioning and moving up in the company nicely.

HI thanks to all of you for answering.
Do you all think that people with this placement have trouble with their drive when it comes to their goals?Like either they're not aware of it or even if they're it's difficult to manifest? I have mars in 12th square saturn in 3rd so i guess i have drive but it only comes in 'last moment'?? what do y'all think?
I'm unable to recognize anything...

HI thanks for ur reply..is your friend a manager over there? What i mean to ask is does she like being a leader or she service oriented? Also did she suffer self doubt/lack of drive with regards to her goals? OR is she ambitious?

Hi thanks for replying..
So both these men held jobs regularly...but it seems like they weren't decided on a specific career. Do u know their aspects to mars? Does mars in 12th make them less ambitious or their drive being up & down?were they lazy/tired at some point in their lives?Confused about their goals?

I also have scorpio mars 12th. It is part of 12th house scorpio stellium(with mercury & pluto). All three of them square saturn 3rd aquarius, sextile uranus & neptune(both 2nd house capricorn), trine moon(pisces 4th house). But not attached to sun/asc or anything.
I'm still undecided & confused.

I have mars in Sagittarius in the 7H conjunct NN and Pluto, square Saturn in the 10h. Saturn also rules my 9H. Mars rules my 12H.

Typical corporate white collar jobs bore the crap out of me and I hope I am never forced to get my life together to the point where I would actually consider working at one of those companies (joking but not really).

I am 28 and still play video games and pay my rent late lol.

I did graduate from college with my bachelor's degree and I speak Spanish fluently. So I'm not a total 'failure' per sé.

I'm one of those people who truly believes all of this crap doesn't matter. We're literally all going to die one day. And we're literally one planet out of millions. Our solar system isn't even the only solar system in our galaxy. Do you know how big out solar system is?

So in terms of career, I could really care less. Unless we're improving global warming or feeding starving kids, I don't care.

I do not get along with people who wake up every day with a genuine motivation to 'succeed' and 'make money'. Like you really don't think about anything else? And if you do, those thoughts don't make you want to just chill tf out? Because none of this really matters.....?

sighs.

'Undecided and Confused' {{ }}

with squares to Saturn (domiciled} in sign of Aquarius, and rules the Natural 11th House?
Networking, establishing connections that serve through pathways in the Body of The Collective.

The 12th House is the house of charity-work.
In-Service to Humanity, The Collective, Disbursing the piles of enough towards what isn't being adequately reached.

Perhaps you are assigned to 'fight' for {square} the masses-- those who find selves as the marginalized in society.

(I had read Alan Oken's material on Scorpio in the 12th. ... I have Scorpio cusps in the 11th and 12th, with a stellium in the 8th Cancer.)

They must learn to humble, to direct what is their own personal ambitions and egoic desires, and use their power and influence and wealth {of whatever kinds} for the Benefit of Others/Society. ... Use 'what you were born with' FOR the Healing of various conditions.

12th House also pertains to your Ancestors -- your generational aggregate soul intention, Mission. They are available from the ethereal realms as influencers to add and potentiate your Power-To-Do from the Other realms.

Neptune -- Mercies.

Neptune can also have a lower side, especially in Scorpio. Attracting those of in the criminal element, to get you to serve 'them' in the ways of evil, with your own ability. Discern. Avoid these!!

12th is the house of hidden enemies--
whether they are physical-people looking to do you harm in subtle ways,
or your own inner-fighting.

HAVE Integrity.
Use your POWER towards manifesting GOOD.
If/When you are able, and it is wise to do so: Heal/correct those conditions that assail people.

Moon, Pisces 4th house ...
Your Home IS the place "where you Hang your Hat."
Jupiter co-rules this sign with Neptune.
Natural Home of Cancer, ruled by the Moon, and house of the one that represented the 'lesser' authority in power as you grew up in childhood home.

,
Uranus Neptune Capricorn 2nd house
You might be able to live in the material world.. able to see that there is a a Value that goes beyond the material-possessing of goods and 'stuff'.

Confused about your goals?

That makes me think of roommates I've had in the past---
They would hold the refrigerator door open for a long time, as they couldn't decide 'what' it was they wanted to eat. Said that they can't decide until they actually SEE it-- reminding them of what lay secret (obscured from sight) while having been there inside, all-along.

Our WORLD is having some drastic changes right now.

Persist.
BE in Integrity.
Wait. Stay Watchful.

There are some people (even, some future leaders), who have been unknowingly being prepared while 'in the dark' for 'what' is about to surface in the coming future.

You've been being honed, sharpened, in some ways, in your character, in your trials and tribulations of life with the skills you'll be needing -- FOR 'such a time as this'.

Stay Vigilant...
Tune your Ears waiting to hear,
your Eyes ready to 'see',
what The Spirit will say and show.

You're getting ready for your 1st Saturn Return?
. .
Yes. That's a time of 'testing' and if you stay aware of what's going on (on the inside of you), will be showing/demonstrating what your strengths are, and where your weaknesses lie. (Gives you information of 'where' you most need to work on self.)

By that time some find themselves receiving some of the things that were in their Dreams and aspirations to reach.
. .
Others can suddenly realize they were off-track and then redirect/tweak selves towards what they feel their mission/purpose, or the NEXT mission/purpose is meant to be.
I recall the energy shift and energetic decline within the next few years that followed. Then.. seemed like a less intensive, more bland, part of working the life. Of COURSE, you'll experience some defeats during that time too-- meant to strengthen you, not put you in doubt.

Socially--
We are a GRAND Collective,
presented as small nuclei
IN the Body of The Collective.

There is an Awakening that has been working its way through. It is said that there will be a 'Suddenly' involved where the nuclei realize/brighten to the fact that they are more a part of an Awakening NETWORK than they thought? .. Telepathic automatic-knowing, can be realized.

Walk in THE LIGHT.
Discern the difference between those who would Do Good,
and be wary and careful of those that you find working for evil.

Stay Calm, Stay Centered deeply Within
as you can.
If you find that you've gone a bit astray?, then immediately "only" return to your Center.
No punishment.
You have ADDED to your knowledge by the straying.
Get BACK to Your Center.

You have been given your placements FOR a Reason.

Find your inside-Joy.

Mars: Problems with Mars in the 12th house can include
* an inability to go after what we want,
* repressed anger and a lowered drive.
When we work constructively with Mars, we can
* find a strong desire to help others,
* and an ability to 'go with the flow'
* as well as {discover} hidden strength and power.

Mercury: Mercury in the 12th house talks about
* the gift of “sight”,
* of intuitive understanding, storytelling, meditation and mental creativity.
Problems with Mercury in the 12th house can include
overthinking, having troublesome or defeating thoughts
and not trusting your own ideas.

Pluto: When we have Pluto in the 12th house,
we may bury, hide or distort power.
So, we need to become 'aware of' our own inner power
and own it in order to access the transformative energy of this powerhouse planet.

she suffered a lot of self doubt and lack of direction from what i can tell. when i first met her she seem bossy with zero confidence. since 12th house is usually hidden from the native, i dont think she realized how pushy she came across. she also was a bit codependent with her fiance, for instance he would escort her in his car even if she was just driving down the street. so getting that job traveling around on her own made her blossom and helped her get rid of her saturn based fears IMO. the change was obvious, she became more confident, independent and less pushy. she is not a manager but she gets to manage her own time without a supervisor breathing down her back.

Hi Thanks for such a useful & insightful post. You seem like good writer.
I have always been attracted to charities...But for some reason i'm unable to come into an environment & engage until I feel it.I am extremely emotional/sensitive and i came to the conclusion that only way i can hold a job if i'm emotionally invested/engaged in it. Like i have to feel- making your passion your career ie do something you love and you'll never work a day in your life. Yet i don't have any hobbies/interests[don't know how to explore myself]. AM i lacking in drive? I know we can't post our chart here but i have posted in personal readings. If you can give any insight why i'm feeling this way, i will be very grateful.

My name is a combination of different words...

I have 12th house Mars in Sagittarius.

How did I choose my career? It has something to do with the social pressure in my hometown. I don't like it but I HAVE to think rationally about it. I don't want to see it as a negative but I want to see it as a positive.

My Dad helped me to recognize what kind of things I liked to do and gave me some directions with what to do in the beginning of choosing my career.

Since I like technology, I chose technology field. I thought I would be an employee the rest of my life like my Dad.

One day I took a test to recognize what kind of talent I had and other things, because deep down I felt like entrepreneurship was my thing. At the same time it was scared me as I didn't have someone to go to get some directions. The result came and it said "entrepreneur".

And now, after having some experiences working in a company and always get the attention and trust from the bosses, I start a business and it feels right at this time.

I only have minor aspect from outer planet. I'm not an ambitious but I just can't do laying all day. I am easily tired, that's why I avoid working with people who have negative energy, negative talking, negative attitude. Not trying to judge, but I'm very sensitive with the energy and it makes me very tired super easily.

Yes!! My husband drives me crazy with THIS.

I am a 10th house Mars so I am psychically goal oriented. LOL I feel like I have to take matters into my own hands. He constantly changes his mind with long term goals. I like to come up with a goal prioritize and then tunnel vision on it.

The 12th house Scorpio Mars guy took a lot of pride in not knowing what to be when he grew up. He took a few years off after the Marines...when he went back to work...he dumped me shortly after. (off topic but he was going though Uranus square Venus transit when we were dating, someone here even warned me it wouldn't last.) But he realized he was an introvert who liked investigative problem solving so that got him into the IT field.

additional info...with 12th house Mars he was super into meditating. Had some OBE's. Could see ghosts sometimes.

hmmm his aspects are....
Venus sextile Mars
Mars trine Jupiter
Mars sextile Saturn
Mars sextile Uranus
Mars sextile Neptune
Mars conjunct Pluto (9 degrees cafe astrology is generous)
Mars conjunct asc
Mars square MC

When my Virgo mars husband and I were getting to know each other. He we agreed that working all the time is overrated and how is that living life? And people who brag about not using all their PTO's are suckers. But working makes the world goes round, and hopefully you can at least tolerate your job.
I think one time my husband saved a lot of money and took a month off from working when he was young.

His aspects are
Moon square Mars
Mercury conjunct Mars
Venus conjunct Mars
Mars trine Uranus
Mars trine Neptune
Mars sextile Pluto
Mars trine Lilith
Mars trine N. Node
Mars conjunct ASC
Mars square MC

Gosh maybe the moon square explains his mom issues.

His mom got into a car accident before he started learning how to drive. His mom would tell him that he will never be able to drive...so he didn't until he turned 18.

His mom even told him he would not handle college well and did not go to a college he got accepted to. He was even taking AP classes in HS.
WTF

He is a mommas boy, and will do just about anything she asks.

He is not the spiritual type at all. He is very earth and air. I am the spiritual one and he likes to make fun of me for it. He will tell me when he get our house no crystals and essential oils. He is an ashiest.
But drugs...oh yes! When I first met him he was telling me about LSD...I was like why is he telling me this? I just met him.
I did not know that responsible people could do these things. So I tried that with him...and even mushrooms after being together a few years.

He also knows how to grow weed from his dad. He use to do it everyday, but now he is taking a break cause he is in a non legal state right now. When he is home he makes cookies and brownies with his dad.
