Do people with placement feel more sleepy & tired than an average individual? I do.

How do y'all handle daily life & job with such fatigue?

Fatigues as such are usually caused by lack of oxygen, doing some breathing exercises from yoga is sufficient enough to cure it, you'll turn into an energizer bunny

I have mars in Sagittarius in the 7H conjunct Pluto and square Saturn. Mars rules my 12H.

Tiredness is an understatement.

I'm sure if I stopped smoking weed, I would go back to my high school-college self, energetic and fl of life (: lol. But trauma and life has a way of making you bask in your demons sighs.

Until then, this me and I am she.

Now don't get me wrong, I have ALWAYS enjoyed simply doing nothing.. laying around, like a cow in the grass (My ASC is also in the late degrees of Taurus so yeah......), waiting for any form of movement or excitement to come my way because I'm too lazy and often times (as much as I hate to admit) to cowardly to go seek those things myself.

I will literally cry and feel physical discomfort if I have to get up every day at the same time and go see the same people at the same job.

Fortunately, I work from home so this basically cuts my anxiety in HALF (: haha.

My energy levels get low very fast and I do not like being around a lot of people for a long period of time. I will eventually go silent, start glaring off into space, and make everything awkward because my social battery just died.

I need lots of sleep and I am very sensitive to people being in my intimate space and personal environment. It doesn't take much for me to feel "physically offended" lmaoo.

I think this is partly why I fancy Virgo placements (other than my 6H stellium lol). Virgos are very hyper-vigilant which meshes so well with my awkward antisocial demeanor. I have loved every Virgo I ever met lol.

Neptune transits {by Neptune or TO your Neptune}
can have that kind of body-dragging effect too.

12th House? that's Neptune's dark space

This Too Shall Pass
Get EXTRA Sleep!
Eat 'nutritiously' .. not wasting calories with empty junk.

See a doctor about your hormone levels--
thyroid gland is the master gland of the body.
Has to do with metabolism.
One of the effects of low thyroid is emotional depression--
caused BY the body being out of balance.
Thyroid too high? can look like person has high anxiety mania-- they go and go and go.

Keep watch over your blood sugar.
Get into spiritual practice to find the 'calm' inside...

You hit the nail right on the head lol.

It's definitely a struggle.......

I just turned 28 and my mother is still bailing me out of evictions sighs. I'm like an independent dependent.

I struggle with depression and just being stagnant. Factor in the fact that I live in my head and I'm pretty much in the bed.. on my phone.. ruminating and searching interesting things on google.. like now lmaoo.

Anyway, I really believe mental health plays a major role in all of this. I'm sure not every person with 12h placements is an escapist... or maybe so.. in one way or another.

The pandemic was a MAJOR turning point in my ability to move how I want in terms of making money.

A lot of apps like rideshare apps and gig apps provide a lot of wiggle room for me to f#%* off at my main job. I quit a job like every few months, but I'm trying to get back to my old habits and stick with something. I personally would recommend working from home if you haven't tried it already. It's still nerve racking and it's still a routine, but it won't feel like work too much because you don't have to worry about coworkers and appearance. You also are pretty much working independently 90% of the time so no issues with isolation (I like being isolated more often than not).

But a simple answer to your question, I'm still figuring it out myself man. We're supposed to just be living.. riding horses across country and hunting for food lol. Definitely not this manmade systematic torture chamber we were forced into. Literally hell on earth.

My ultimate goal is to cash out on some major stock later on down the line so I can still "retire" in old age. Or maybe I'll start looking into Real Estate. There's a few avenues we can tap into that can support our unique energy drive AND our need for survival.

I only feel more tired when someone is trying to mess up with my life, like, someone keeps making a stupid drama or conflict. Usually the negative energy from people drains my energy quick.

If you feel more sleepy AND tired, I think you are into a stress or feeling depressed at the moment.

How I handle daily life and job?

I think my Aries moon keeps kicking my butt to move and my 3rd house mercury can't make me laying all day because I can think too much in a sec so I need to move to stop me thinking too much. I have no choice.

I have a mars in the 12th and honestly I have no real desire to be active. For a while all I would do is play computer and eat. It caused issues in my family and they always were on my case for being too lazy. I was deeply insecure, depressed and just in a repeated pattern that seemed to have no solution.

There came a point where I realized I was so unhappy with myself I couldn't stand it anymore. So I used self reflection, astrology and what the internet has to offer to evolve. When I realized how much Hiking helped my mental state I spent most of my time doing that. Being in nature has healed me in so many ways its near indescribable. After I started seeking out exercise the exhaustion stopped.

In addition finding my own pattern and willpower sparked the fire in me. I have quite a lot of Saturn aspects so I've found comfort in grounding myself.

Being active, seeking out healthy food and creative arts has helped me. Challenging my mindset and my beliefs assisted as well.

I just looked up my aspects online and did a ton of research. I tend to hyperfocus on subjects that interest me so I read and watched everything I found. As far as saturn goes, I just had a rough life. A lot of different experiences forced me to grow and mature in different ways. I consider my Saturn conjunct moon and Ascendant to be a balancing force in my life. Especially because I have a very water heavy chart.

Also my Mercury in Capricorn helps ground me so I don't become too immersed in my dreams. Saturn trines my Mercury which can help me structure my mind when needed, it's especially useful for fast paced multitasking.

I really don't have any experience reading other people's charts so can't help you there. Maybe learn what aspects you have and then start looking them up on YouTube. There's a lot of beginner friendly videos.
